Shoalhaven City Council Training Needs Analysis

We can identify performance gaps within organisations by determining the difference between current and future required performance. This is achieved by collecting both qualitative and quantitative data for analysis.

Once any performance gaps have been identified, the Illawarra Institute can then develop a customised training program to ensure your staff possess the required skills and knowledge for your business to succeed and grow.
