From Schiphol Airport
There is a free shuttle service available to the conference
venue from stand A9 (outside of Schiphol Airport). Shuttle
buses leave Schiphol Airport at quarter past and quarter to
the hour. If you are arriving late please contact the Dorint

Take the A4 motorway in the direction of Amsterdam. At
the Badhoevedorp motorway crossing take the A9 toward
Amstelveen/Utrecht, and then take the Aalsmeer exit (no. 6). At
the traffic light keep in the left lane, follow the N232 Schiphol
road, and at the next crossing turn right toward Schiphol
Oost (on the left you will see the Amsterdam Woods and the
Ringvaart canal). Then turn right, and you will see the Dorint

The attendance fee includes participation in conference and/or workshops, lunch on all days, refreshments, an evening event for conference attendees, and documentation material for download. Please note that costs for accommodation and travel are not included in the registration fee.
Registration Cancellation and SubstitutionsAll cancellations must be received in writ-ing. Please fax your cancellation notice to: +44 (0) 121 616 0191 or send an e-mail to [email protected] before the January 24, 2008, deadline. When canceling before January 24 you will be liable to pay an administration charge of 120. Cancellations received after January 24, as well as registrants not attending without canceling, will be liable for the full registration fee. Substitutions must be received in writing, must be addressed to the registration office, and must include the names of both the original and the substitute registrants.
Organizers ChangesIt may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers to alter the contents and the timing of the program or the identity of the speakers. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the conferences or workshops in the event of an insufficient number of del-egates. In this case, registrants will receive a refund of the registration fee only. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
