With regard to the statement 25.33% in govt. school agree and 20.67% private school agree with the statement 20.00% in govt. school agree with the statement 20.00% in govt. school 13.33% in private were Neutral with the above statement.

Whereas, 5.33% in govt. school & 4.00 in private school strongly agree with the statement and in large 45.3% & 53.33% in govt. & private disagree with the statement.

In contrast to the statement above, we love to know that in Govt. school about 83.33%respondents justify their working hours whereas in private securd agreed % comes to 66.67% in govt. school only 2% disagree whuoes in private schools % coves to 6.67% & about 12% are neutral With ref. to the table we come to know that about 72% of govt. employees in school agree of the that they are provided welfare activates in wortcast to 58.67% in private.

With ref. to above table a strong 66% of people disagree of the fact that salary in their operization is not justified in contest to 50.67% in private schools.

A strong 74% of govt. teachers are satisfied while working with the school & 66.67% is the percentye in case of private teachers.

Above 16% strongly agree & satisfied in case of private schools their no’s in govt. school are 8.67%

With ref. to the table above about 47.33% of govt. employees disagree of the fact that there are no offarturffes of promotion in school whereas their % in private school are 57.33%

With ref. to above table a 52% of govt. fells & disagree of the fact there are not recognized in comparison to 58% in private schools.

A major 74.67% in govt. school agree to the fact that classes given to then are compatible with their qualification & skills with response to 64% in private schools.

About 4.33% strongly agree to the fact in private in comparison to 13.33% in with ref. to the above table we come to know that a major 65.33% of govt. employees agree to the fact that they are able to acuere their personal careers goals also while working in the school in comparison to 61.33% in private school

Whereas 20% private teachers strongly agree that they can achieve their personal goals in comparison to 12.267 in govt. school.
