2 Enterprise Month 02 - 26 March 2020

Table of Contents

Foreword by the Council ChairmanAs Chair of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, it gives me great pleasure to introduce the programme for the Council’s first ever Enterprise Month which runs from 02 – 26 March and features a total of 30 events.

This year marks a departure from the format of the previous years which featured a large number of events organised over the space of one week. I am confident that by spreading the events over a longer period of time, it will be more beneficial to business owners who perhaps will find it easier to attend more events.Once again, the Council has put together a programme of free business support events, workshops, seminars and training across a wide range of topics and themes which will run throughout the month at convenient venues across the district.Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is committed to actively supporting our local businesses and I have no doubt that the vast array of relevant and topical areas of support on offer throughout the month of March, will embrace all sections of the region’s business community, including women in business, existing SMEs and new business starts.Fermanagh and Omagh District Council has striven to provide a comprehensive spectrum of advice and training to be delivered by leading experts, speakers and local businesses to cover all areas of expertise required by today’s entrepreneurs. The Councils extensive suite of free business support programmes will also be showcased as part of the month-long programme of events. With such a fascinating and informative selection of events on offer to assist our indigenous business base, I would, therefore urge the business community to make the most of this opportunity by attending as many events as possible over the next month.
