    Example # 1

Regal failed to show the material events occurred inWisconsin.A transfer may be warranted when none of thecomplained of conduct occurred in the transferee venue.Chicago, R. I. & P. R. Co. v. Igoe, 220 F.2d 299, 304 (7th Cir.1955). In Research Automation, a breach of contract suit, thecourt transferred venue because the material events, thoserelated to the formation and purpose of the contract, tookplace in the transferor venue.626 F.3d at 978.The majority ofmaterial events in the instant case, harassment and relatedmeetings, took place in the transferee venue. The harassment

sporadically occurred in Indiana during two months, at least;compared to 11 days in Wisconsin, at most. (Compl. 14, 20,19, 23, 25.) Also, two meetings where Denise reported theharassment to Mary took place in Indiana; its also likely theother three meetings between them took place in Indiana

because they both work out of Regal Indiana. (Compl. 6,16, 21, 24, 26.)Thus, Regal failed to show the material

    Example #2

Regal failed to show witness convenience favors Wisconsin because itdid not specify witness names or testimony content. For witnessconvenience to favor transfer, the movant should specify the witnessesthat will be called by name or the coverage of their testimony. GeneralPortland Cement Co. v. Perry, 204 F.2d 316, 320 (7th Cir. 1953). In

General Portland Cement Co., an employee sued their employer inIllinois for an injury received in Texas; the defendant said 19 witnessesfrom Texas were willing to testify. Id. at 319. However, the defendantfailed in its burden to show convenience strongly favored transferbecause it did not specify witness names or show the usefulness oftheir testimony. Id. at 320. In the instant case there are only two vital

named witnesses, Max and Mary, one is from Indiana and one is fromWisconsin; this does not show that Wisconsin is the more convenientvenue. Stone (Aff. 12-13.) Regal has not stated the names of anyother witness or showed the importance of their testimony. Id. Like inGeneral Portland Cement Co., the number of unnamed witnessesshould not be given emphasis, making it irrelevant that there are six

Wisconsin witnesses compared to four Indiana witnesses. 204 F.2d at320.Thus, Regal failed in its burden to show witness convenience
