The SATORI doescontain graphic anddisturbing voice recordings. I think that we increase thepotential for incidents of critical stress by allowing viewing.

Up to now, I restricted the viewing to OS, OM and those that were involved inthe accident. Now that QA is collecting statements, I have asked mystaff toadvise the controller that they can avoid the SATORI if they wish when theycomplete their statements. February 26,2002Kevin,In response to your request for the electronictranscript of UAL93, I have discussed the issue withGarry O'Connor and we do have a copy. Before we sendthe data to AAT-200, I want to clarify severalissues.1. We will need a written request for the data (e-mail will suffice). This is a facility policy forsecurity tracking and a record of request.2. This data should be sent by certified mail toensure that the data is not compromised. Sending bye-mail is not a secure method and could result incompromising the data.Upon receipt of a written request, we will promptlysend the data to AAT-200.
