The Cast Iron Co has been producingtraditional street furniture for use in townsand cities both nationally andinternationally for the last two decades. Bollards combining steel and cast ironoffer both strength and design flexibility.Tubular steel bollards decorated withcast iron embellishments of rings,collars and finials are light in weight,easy to move and install. They are alsomore suitable for use as removablebollards.

Stainless steel bollards are popular inmore contemporary architecturaldevelopments.

They are simple in design andconstruction and can be supplied inpolished or satin finishes.

Our range of stainless steel bollardsincludes: stepped head, cylindrical andplain square section bollards. All plaincylindrical and square section bollardshave a wide variety of diameters andsections and are generally made instandard above-the-ground heights of700mm, 900mm and 1000mm with300mm root. Polycast moulded polyurethane bollardshave all the aesthetic appeal of ourtraditional cast iron bollards but withenhanced resistance to abrasion, impactand corrosion. They are lowmaintenance and easy to install.

A comprehensive selection of pigmentedpolyurethane elastomers is available toBS / RAL colours and these can befinished with a heavy duty coating ofpolyurethane paint of the same shade.

Civic crests or company logos can beeffectively incorporated into most of thedesigns in our range.

Our telescopic security posts andbollards are designed for installation indriveways, retail forecourts, largecorporate premises and car-parks. They offer a highly effective method ofproviding protection against ram-raidsand serving to protect uncontrolledaccess and parking.

Neatly installed beneath a cover plate,flush mounted with the ground, it onlytakes a few seconds to raise eachtelescopic unit from it’s retractedposition to provide a fully locked andsecure, vandal-proof barrier.

Approved by most major insurancecompanies, our range of telescopicsecurity posts and bollards areavailable in steel and stainless steel, orwith a resin polymer case and metalcore combination.

Finish: Galvanised as standard. Black polyester powder coatingavailable and most other RAL colours.The decorative, lockable Victorian Top(powder coated only) is also an optionfor all 89mm diameter powder coatedtelescopic posts.The Victoria is supplied in black resinpolymer case with metal core.

Posts can be supplied, from ourstandard range or to your specification,in cast iron, ductile iron, aluminium orpolycast.

Tree guards and grilles often prove cost-saving in the long term as theyhelp trees grow safely and protectagainst damage by vandals, vehicles,bicycles etc.

Fabricated steel and stainless steel seats are offered in both contemporaryand traditional designs and give atough, durable and hardwearing optionwhen wear and tear is a major factor.

Fabricated steel seats with treatedhardwood slats, are galvanized andpowder coated or vyflex coated in arange of BS/RAL colours. Grade 304 or316 stainless steel is offered in a satin orbright polished finish.
