SYLLABUS IN CHRISTIAN LIVING EDUCATION 10
FIRST QUARTER
General Level Standard
After Christian Living Education 10, the learners are required to make practical decisions regarding their
love for one another especially the poor and live according to the Filipino Christian way of life based on a solid
grasp of Christ’s vision which is a meaningful, personal, communal life and acts of service to others. As
Christians, they will be challenged to reflect on how they can internalize and appropriate these church’s moral
principles into their own chosen way of life. The learners will be invited to understand human suffering and
social evils with a sense of hope by viewing them in the light of God’s love and Christ’s redemptive mission on
earth that the Church continues up to the present.
Content Standard
To deepen their understanding of the Christian concept of human dignity that is being strengthened and
reinforce by human rights.
Performance Standard
To realize their duty as Christians and member of community to respect other’s rights and contribute to
the attainment of common good.
