• Cleaned all internals• Addressed degradation of
concrete surfaces and joints• Cleaned and repainted all clarifier
components including bridge steelwork and trough
• Rectified leaks on inlet channel• Replaced drive & idler wheels, slip
rings and bearings on centre column• Refurbished motor and gearbox• Replaced scum beach and box• Restored operation to blocked
scum beach drain• Replaced failed manifold seals on
sludge rake arm• Replaced rubber scraper blades• Addressed corrosion issues
across the clarifier
