VOIX DE FEMMES STAGED READING + DISCUSSION In celebration of Mois de la Francophonie 2015, Maison Franaise at Columbia University presents Voix de Femmes (Voices of Women). Voix de Femmes is an assemblage of poetry and music, a spotlight on beautiful and often unknown writings by women from the Antilles, Belgium, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central Africa, Congo, Ivory Coast, France, Haiti, Lebanon, Mali, Quebec, Senegal, and Switzerland, alternating with Malian music by Awa Sangho. Each of these women, in her own time, world and words, refers to Freedom, Sensuality and the idea of the feminine invisible universe. Brader at the Canton Museum of Art. Ferinand A. UNEVEN GROWTH EXHIBITION Uneven Growth brings together six interdisciplinary teams of researchers and practitioners to examine new architectural possibilities for six global metropolises: Hong Kong, Istanbul, Lagos, Mumbai, New York, and Rio de Janeiro.
