Understanding and recommending ways to increase Millennial recruitment and retention in order to grow and develop Swank’s workforce.

Data Collection ● Conducted research on Millennial preferences● Created survey to validate research and collect data
on Millennials ● Distributed the survey using Amazon Mechanical Turk
o Offered 10 cents/survey to incentivize respondents

● Respondents ages ranged from 20-53o Filtered out 9 respondents over the age of 36
