Isaac Newton science homeworkIsaac newton was born in a farm on Christmas day. His father died three months before he was born. When he was born he was about the size of a milk jug. A couple years his mum re-married to the vicar from next door Isaac was forced to stay with his strict grandma. Ten years later his mum returned but he couldn’t see her because he had to go to school. When he went to school he lived with a chemist and enjoyed reading the chemists books about medicine. In his free time he liked creating stuff especially Moving things. After he had finished school his mum made him help at the farm which he didn’t enjoy, after that he went to study at the most famous university Cambridge university but as soon as he settled in he had to go home because of the plague so he went home to the farm. One day he was sitting under an orchard and an apple fell on his head and he started thinking about if there was an invisible force pulling them down and he was exactly right. After that he was trying to figure out different things like what is light made of and tried looking at the sun then

poking a stick into the back of his eyes after that he bought a pyramid and got the light to shine on it and he made a rainbow but his cat kept pulling the curtains so he invented the cat flap. He invented other things like a telescope and so on. He kept having an argument with a guy called bob hook. When he was eighty five years old he was knighted and became sir Isaac newton. Finally he died and had a funeral in Westminster Abby in London. If he was alive know he would be three hundred and sixty five years old.

Experiment conclusion I did an experiment to see which items drop the quickest and which are slow and why. The items were a rock, a thin stick, water, a stone, a dry leaf and a wet leaf. Results The stick took 0.97 seconds The stone took 0.86 seconds The rock took 0.59 secondsThe water took 0.57 secondsThe wet leaf took 0.73 seconds The dry leaf took 1.34 seconds

ConclusionMy conclusion is that the dry leaf took the longest to fall at 1.34 seconds and the water and the rock took the least time to fall at 0.57 and 0.59 seconds, the time difference between them was around 0.31 seconds. This is because the rock and water had more mass and accelerated faster.
