Our Tube Fitting Installation Inspection Essentials course is designed to teach attendees how to mitigate and minimise risk of leakage through proper small bore tubing system inspection. This course is aimed at but not limited to Engineers, Supervisors and operators that require a skill set that enables them to identify incorrect installations in the field. SWAGELOK® TRAINING SERIES TUBE FITTING INSTALLATION INSPECTION OVERVIEW DETAILS List common errors leading to tube fitting leakage Identify correct tube system design practices Install Tube Fittings correctly Identify mixed material fittings Identify variables associated with proper tube selection Identify tube bending defects Validate correct pipe thread usage and assembly ASSESSMENT Participants are given a comprehensive practical examination at the completion of the training in order to prove their level of competency. All graduates will receive a certificate of completion and a complimentary wallet sized training card. The card may be used as an identifier to ensure holder of the card has the knowledge and competency necessary to identify improper tube fitting installations.
