Process of SWA e-Stamp ApprovalOrganizer sends email to Ms. Ker Shin (7 working days in advance)

- Title of the event, date & time

- Objective & description of the event

- PIC Name for Verification of attendance

* The event MUST be aligned with the objective to enhance student development & learning experience.

Ms. Ker Shin approves and sends SWA e-stamp to the organizer

Organizer put SWA e-stamp on their publicity material (poster/slide)

Scholarship students identify the SWA e-stamp to decide the events to be involved

The Way Forward:

Announcement

• SWA Briefing Session will not be conducted as regular started

in May 2011 Semester except for new scholarship students/

financial assistance recipients.

• All the info/update related to SWA will be communicated via

email.• You’re required to check your UCSIU’s email account regularly 

to prevent any miscommunication.

• You’re required to refer the SWA Calendar for scholarship

timesheet collection & submission date.• Scholarship timesheet collection will be open for collection

within 1 day only stated in the calendar.

•The notice of time & venue or any changes for the collection

will be announced via email.
