Working with R.O.L.E Foundation,
CCAI has been active in Women’s
Education in the poorest communities
of Indonesia. Our focus is to provide
basic education that enable women to
be placed back into the market in

literacy and environment education to
our 74 Beach Clean Up workers on a
week to week basis.

has been decreased by 20% BALI’S BEACH CLEAN UP
Since 2008, we have initiated a clean up
program for 5 beaches in Bali –Kuta,
Legian, Jimb aran, Kedonganan, and
Seminyak, as we were very aware of the
negative impact that polluted and dirty
beaches was having on tourism in Bali.
Today, partnering with Quiksilver and
Garuda Indonesia, we have engaged
74 employees, removed 16,000 tonnes
rubbish, collected 75,000 turtle eggs,
and released most of the hatchlings
back into the ocean.

promoting sustainable development through sustainable economic

initiated by Indonesia Chamber of Commerce in April
2011, IBCSD’s concept of sustainable development lies on the premises
where sustainable development does not merely make sense, but also
