My name is Aina and I'm 15. I live in Menorca but I was born in Tenerife. When I was two I travelled to Menorca with my mum and we moved there. So, I've got family in Tenerife.

I live with dad, mum, Nura (my dog) and Sarek (my cat). My house is near my school. The name of my school is IES Josep Maria Quadrado. My house is close to everything. I've got the main square five minutes from my house.

Ciutadella, where I live, is a pretty and peaceful place. The young children can be in the street peaceful, while their grandparents are sitting on a chair in front of the door of their house.

My best friend is Aida. She lives very close to my house. I go almost every day.

I've got few hobbies: I like drawing and I go to drawing classes. I don't draw very well, but I enjoy art. In the future I want to be a film director.An other hobby that I've got is the badminton. I don't go to badminton classes, but sometimes I play with my friends in the street. It's fun. We always laugh so much.Finally, what I like a lot but I don’t do it is skating with line skates.

I also like to talk about politics and current affairs. I like to complain about the things that I don't like and I usually go on demonstrations.

I'd like to participate in the Comenius project because I like to discover new places and meet new people. I haven't got a good level of English, so I want to travel and improve it.

Hi, my name is Anastasia Sepulveda Iouzvovitch and I am 15 years old. I'm an only child, and my parents are called Bartholomew and Irina, my father is from Cordoba one of the most beautiful cities of Andalusia and my mother is from Russia, specifically a town near Moscow. The three of us live in Menorca, one of the four islands of the Balearic Islands. We are living in a lovely town called, Ciutadella, it's so natural to come in the summer with white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters.

I live in a small bungalow in a suburb not far from the village itself, it is very warm and cozy. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with integrated kitchen, and to finish a small courtyard where we have plants and we have some barbecues.

I study 4t ESO in IES Josep Maria Quadrado, where I met my best friends, Laura, Aida and Anahi. Laura also makes this Comenius Project and we are interested because there are a lot variety of cities and I also know that they all have something in common, the English, and doing this project would be a very useful tool for me to improve my language training, because now the predominant languages I use are Castilian and Catalan. The other two, the Russian and the English are the ones I have to improve more.

And finally I have to talk about me, my tastes, hobbies, etc. I am a very outgoing girl and I love anything artistic, be it music, art or design, but I also love the history. Since childhood my parents put me in many extracurricular activities such as music, piano, drawing, dance, etc. From there came my passion for the art world. In a near future I would like to work as a publicist or graphic designer or otherwise any work of history, but still I have to clarify my future.

Hello,My name is Margarita, I’m fifteen years old and I’m from Ciutadella de Menorca. I’m a student of fourth level in the secondary school IESJMQuadrado. Menorca is very beautiful. It’s an island of the Balearic Islands. I think it is a good place to live because it is very quiet.I’m not very tall. I’ve got brown eyes, a normal nose and a big mouth. I don’t like my hair because it’s very curly and it’s horrible, but I like the color that is brown. I like smile so much, because I think that it is very important for life. I think that if you don’t smile you aren’t happy. I like go with my friends to see some film or for a coffee with them. I like go to “steps”, it’s a type of dancing where you have music and you have to dance on a little table that is on the floor. I like draw because it relaxes me. Last year I went on some drawing classes, but now I think that I’ve got the bases for drawing and I can’t go to drawing classes because I should study a little more. My favorite subjects are: Maths, Arts, English and Technology. An other hobby that I have is the fashion, I like buy some fashion magazines and look at what is in there. I like go shopping new clothes and visiting some blogs on the internet because I like see what wears the other people like some famous people.We are five in my family. I’ve got a brother and a sister who are older than me. My brother is an electrician and my sister is studying. My father is a laborer and my mother works in a supermarket. My sister and I are living with my parents, but my brother bought a flat and he’s living there.

Hello. My name is Neus Mañas Moll. I’m Spanish. I’m 15 years old. I was born the 6 of March in 1997. I’ve got an older sister, her name is Cristina .She is a 29 years old and now she has got a son his name is Karim and he has three years old. My mum’s name is Nuri. She is 46 years old. I’ve got fourteen cousins and eleven aunts and uncles. I live in a first flat in the centre in Ciutadella de Menorca (Balearic Islands) with my dog Lolo and my mother Nuri. The flat is big and it has three bedrooms, one kitchen, two bathrooms and one dining room.

I’m friendly and polite. I’m average and thin. I’ve got straight long and fair hair. I don’t wear glasses nor jewels. I’ve got brown eyes, a little mouth and little pointed nose.

In my free time I like going to run with my friends. Every Thursday I go to ride a horse and every Saturday I go to have lunch with my family in a bungalow. At the weekends I go for a walk with my friends or we go to watch a film.

Now I’m studying 4 ESO in IES J.Mª Quadrado and at the next year I’m interested in art in Mahon (capital city of the island). I’m very interested in photography.

I’m Rita Mercadal and I’m from Menorca, Spain. I am fifteen years old and I am student of IES JM Quadrado (I’m in the fourth grade of the ESO. I have curly fair hair, I’m quite tall and I have brown eyes.

I live in Ciutadella, with my family, my parents called Miquel and Caty and my little sister, Gari (this name derived from Margarita). We live in a house near the sea and the city centre too. Every day I go to school on foot because I need less than five minutes to arrive to it. Ciutadella is small and amazing, there are around 30.000 people living here and the best time to enjoy the town is in summer because you can go to the beautiful beaches we have.

I like drawing and photography, and I’m good at it. I go to deawing classes on Monday and Friday. I also like reading and watching movies, my favourite movies are Harry Potter saga. I like listening to music and my favourite of it is rock. My favorite bands are “Queen”, “Scorpions” and “Red Hot Chili Peppers”. Someday I would like to become a fashion de-signer and stylist.

Hi! My name is Rosa Lobato Camps and I was born on the 18th of June of 1997 in Ciutadella de Menorca. I live in Camí de Maó numer 98 near the centre of Ciutadella. I live in a big house with my brother, my sister, my mum and my dad.

I have brown eyes and I wear black glasses. I have long blond hair and I've got a lot of freckles.

My high school name is I.E.S Josep Maria Quadrado and it's located at 20 minutes from my house. I go to school walking. At break time I always go to the canteen with my friends and there is where we have

breakfast and where we talk about our things. When the school finishes I go to my house with Núria, my best friend.

In the evening I study and I do my homework. On Mondays and Saturdays I go to dance class. I like sports too. I like handball or team games. I also go to the gym and I do aerobics. At night I sometimes surf on the Internet and I talk to my friends on the chat. At weekend I like going with my friends to a bar called "Frankfurt". There we dreank hot chocolate.

I like dancing and drawing a lot because with arts I can express myself. My favourite subjects are History, English and PE.

In the future I want to go to the University and study sociology.

Hi, my name is Aida. I’m 15 years old. I’m from Menorca and I live in Ciutadella.Ciutadella is a small city. It’s very old and beautiful. The people are very nice and friendly but a little nosy. I like sleeping , travelling, listening to music and going out with my friends.My house is in the centre of Ciutadella. My house is very big. I live with my dad, his name is Toni; my mum whose name is Laia; and my twin Marc, we fight a lot but we love each other.

I want to participate in this project because I want to meet new people, know a new culture, and practice a new language. I must go this year because next year I go to another school.

I am very revolutionary with the society and so I’m going to demonstrations.

I get good grades but not in Maths. I hate this subject. The subject I like best is History or Ethics.I don’t know what to do in the future and that worries me because all the people know this. I don’t want to live in Spain because I don’t like the system of this country. I want to live in a Nordic country.
