.

discover a small tide-pool. Inside there are small rocks with algae growing on them. You also

notice the shadows of sea gulls overhead, but your belly is growling. What do you do?

Make your way to the sand and try to escape

the sea gulls.

Crawl close to the rock and get a treat.

You climb into the tide pool, and lick the algae off the rock. It was delicious. Lucky for you, your shell blended into the rocks of the tide

pool, and the birds don’t notice you. After your quick meal, you have the energy to crawl and

join the group quickly. You safely crawl into the waves. Make your next choice:

and try again.

Far away, you see what looks like a delicious jellyfish just floating through the ocean. It’s one

of your favorite treats. You swim close and gobble it up, but then you notice it tasted funny.

It wasn’t a jellyfish. It was a piece of plastic, thrown into the ocean by a person who wasn’t careful. Turtles cannot eat plastic and survive.
