Residence of the Supreme Pontiffs of the 14th century. Visitors can explore 25 areas of the palace, including ceremonial rooms, chapels, cloisters, the popes’ private apartments with their magnificent frescoes, and much more. An exhibition traces the evolution and history of the palace since its construction.
� Multimedia tourRelive the pomp of the Pontifical Court of the 14th century thanks to a multimedia audioguide available in 11 languages and synchronised with 7 films in different rooms along the route. These various media depict the evolution of constructing the buildings and decorating the rooms (frescoes, furnishings) and provide numerous illustrations and insights into the life of the popes.

� Multimedia tour Construction of the bridge began in the 12th century and it has since become known the world over thanks to its famous song. Discover all its legends, from the shepherd boy Saint Bénezet to the history of the song.
� Exhibition “From bank to bank” A 3D reconstruction of the bridge and its setting in the 14th century. A film, an exhibition space and a multimedia audioguide available in 11 languages (synchronised with the video) take you through the fabulous history of this legendary bridge that connected Avignon to Villeneuve-lez-Avignon. The commentary of the new audioguide is enhanced with visual illustrations and sound effects.

This large covered market has around forty stall-holders, who are veritable ambassadors of local products, selling fruits, vegetables, herbs, olive oil and other culinary specialities of Provence. The presentation has been designed by the creator of big Paris hits such as “La Nuit aux Invalides” and the work featuring Notre Dame de Paris “Au parvis de l’inconnu”.
