Get in the game! The NCC Excellence Fund for Men’s Basketball is your opportunity to enhance the growth of the men’s basketball program.
By supporting projects outside the program’s operating budget, you provide an edge to player development and recruiting. You can also gain more access to the program. There is no better way to show your dedication to the team’s success and help provide its student-athletes a first-class experience.
The Vanderbilt’s men’s basketball team looks forward to more success after a strong finish to last season. The Commodores return many key players—including junior Damian Jones and sophomores Riley LaChance and Wade Baldwin—who are committed to excellence. Jones, who was named first team All-SEC, led the team in scoring and rebounding. Baldwin and LaChance both received SEC All Freshman honors, while LaChance was also invited to try out for the USA Basketball U-19 team. Additionally, seven players made the Winter SEC Academic Honor Roll.
LUNCHEONS WITH COACHING STAFF
As a new benefit at the $150 level, the men’s basketball program is offering a series of in-season lunches with Coach Stallings or his assistant coaches. Events will feature video highlights, scouting reports of upcoming games, recruiting updates and a Q&A session. Lunches will take place on Dec. 7, Jan. 11, Feb. 8 and March 7 and are $20 per person.
NCC EXCELLENCE FUND TEXAS TRIP
NCC Excellence Fund members at the $2,500 level and above have the unique opportunity to enjoy an away game experience with the Commodores. Each donor and one guest will travel with the team to Austin, Texas, Jan. 29–30 for the game against the Texas Longhorns. The package includes a direct charter flight to Austin with the team; one room in the team hotel; travel to and from the hotel, airport and game; two game tickets; and a pre-game chalk talk with the coaching staff. Only a limited number of packages are available.
