Zola’s Historic Line of replica-quality windows and doors were designed in consultation with architects, energy consultants, his-toric preservation commissioners, and Zola’s master woodworkers. Historic Renovations with Zola

The carefully restored brownstone in the foreground features American Heritage SDH, which is practically indistinguishable from the original windows in the neighboring home. Zola’s clever use of offset glass panes creates the shadow line that is characteristic of a historic double hung window.

Zola’s Historic Line of custom windows and doors includes the American Heritage SDH, an industry-leading simulated double hung win-dow. The American Heritage SDH has been engineered to include a lower tilt & turn window and a fixed upper that provide outstanding performance while maintaining the style and proportions of a traditional double hung window.
