ISO 5555: Describes methods of sampling crude or processed animal, vegetable oils & fats and oleochemicals. It also describes equipment to be used for sampling.

GMP+ (Good Manufacturing Practice). A production related quality care approach. Emphasis is laid on the hygiene in the production and transport.
ISO 9000 is the international umbrella for standards of food safety and quality care for the industry and service providers
HACCP (Hazard Analyses Critical Control Points). European legislation for foodsafety in production, packaging, inland transport (hygiene code) etc.
