Reference in Close Air Support

A GPS Inertial Navigation unit which allows extremely accurate Navigation and Weapon Aiming is part of the core of the weapon system. Its persistence and survival in the counter-insurgence scenario and Close Air Support / Surveillance (CAS/ISR) for day and night missions, make the A-29 Super Tucano the best-in-class light-attack platform in the market.

Its robust and effi cient design was recently proved in unpaved-runway tests, as part of USAF-LAS (Light Air Support) project assessments.

Reference in Basic and Advanced Training

The aircraft presents a full set of training qualifi cation, integrated via Data Link, named Synthetics, which allows training with virtual Radar, Electronic Warfare and BLOS (Beyond Line of Sight) Missile systems.

Simulator, Mission Planning and Debriefi ng Station, Free Play, Maintenance Station and Computer Based Training complete the A-29 Super Tucano training package — all developed by Embraer Defense & Security.

En el corazón del sistema de armas hay una unidad de Navegación Inercial integrada con GPS que permite Navegación y Puntería de Armas extremadamente precisas.

Persistencia y supervivencia en el escenario de contrainsurgencia y en misiones diurnas y nocturnas de Close Air Support / Surveillance (CAS/ISR) hacen del A-29 Super Tucano la mejor plataforma de ataque ligero en el mercado.

Su proyecto robusto y efi ciente ha sido recientemente comprobado en las pruebas en pistas no preparadas, como parte de las evaluaciones del proyecto LAS (Light Air Support) de la USAF.

Referencia en Entrenamiento Básico y Avanzado

La aeronave está dotada de un paquete completo de capacitaciones de entrenamiento, integrado por medio del Data Link (Enlace de datos), designado Synthetics, que permite entrenamiento con sistemas virtuales de Radares, Guerra Electrónica y Misiles BVR (Beyond Visual Range).
