SheltAir Aviation at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, located 20 minutes from
LANDSHARK Stadium, will create a unique luxury “Touch Down Lounge” to welcome the
arriving and departing private jet travelers attending Super Bowl XLIV Miami.
During the three day event, - February 5, 6, 7, 2010 - SheltAir Aviation will transform a 20,000
square foot hangar into a VIP “Touch Down Lounge” for private jet travelers to visit as they wait
for their transportation upon arrival to Super Bowl XLIV, as well as waiting for their jet to prepare
for takeoff as they depart.
SheltAir Aviation is expecting 250 jets to arrive including CEOs, Top Executives, Business
Owners, Celebrities, Players, their families and friends, flying to Miami for Super Bowl XLIV.
SheltAir Aviation is inviting luxury brands to partner with the “Touch Down Lounge,” providing
each partner a unique opportunity to create an exclusive area within the hangar to welcome jet
travelers. Displays may include private banking and financial services, luxury autos, real estate,
hotel, resort & spa destinations, fine jewelry & watches, home décor and furnishing, beauty services
and accessories, food & beverage sampling, electronics and internet services, all providing the
luxury experience. All categories are exclusive. Each partner will be able to customize their own
area, designed to reflect the brand flare and showcase the products to private jet owners.
Private jet owners are the Core Customer for Luxury Brands:
• Average individual wealth is greater than $3.5 billion
• 46% interested in yachting
• 38% interested in fast cars and motor sports
• 25% play golf and travel to golf destinations
• 25% collect fine art
• 90% purchased fine jewelry
• 85% purchased fashion/accessories
• 79% stayed in a hotel/resort & spa for business and leisure
• 25% took a cruise
• 85% purchased wine or spirits
• 90% own multiple homes and own or lease luxury vehicles

50% due upon signature of contract
50% due 30 days prior to event, January 7, 2010
Partners are responsible for all additional costs, including:
• Construction of company/product branded area
• Staff as needed
• Travel, hotel and transportation cost
