Our company is fairly new but we operate on an old message; Treat people the way you would want to be treated.

First and foremost, SunFrog is a friendly

company. We want everyone to feel that we

are approachable, have a good sense of

humor, and are energetic and enthusiastic

in everything we do. We may be the leaders

in innovation and have the most expertise

in the t-shirt industry, but we would never

position ourselves as elitist or arrogant. We

speak to both customers and team members

with a genuine tone and goodwill attitude.

People always come first.

When it comes to copy-writ ing, we bel ieve

that less is more. Use shorter sentences

whenever possible, and include the reader

(use ‘you’ and ‘we’).

Our working personality within the company and when working with other companies is important to know.

Fast Paced – we’re loose and fast until we know what we want. Don’t commit a lot of time to a design or concept until approved.

We’re very visual. Sometimes we know what we want by looking at what we don’t want. Concepts and ideas don’t have to be fancy. Many of our succesful features and processes started as wire frames and sketches on note paper. We are careful not to fall in love with concepts as we are quick to abort what isn’t working.

Innovation and trying new things is encouraged and never punished. We will expect you to fix any mistakes and clean up the mess, but we encourage thinking outside-the-box.

Attitude first. A good attitude with no experience goes farther than a well-qualified

bad attitude.
