FINANCIAL INFORMATION
The Board of Directors has recommended that the
ballot include seeking permission to include
$1,000,000 from CAPITAL FUNDS to offset a portion
of the cost of any improvement.
I will review each option showing first the Architect’s
estimate, the $1M reduction and finally the
assessment per unit in one payment and three
payment (spread over 18 months) options.
