The Retail Cyber Intelligence Summit is designed to provideinformation security professionals and leading industryproviders with opportunities to network, exchange insight and share best practices.
Attendees from sponsor organizations will gain valuableinsight and the opportunity to strengthen and developrelationships through networking breaks, keynotes, andparticipation in select breakout sessions. In order to promote a great overall attendee experience, sponsors are asked to follow the below guidelines with respect to participation.
Your participation is a chance to gain valuable insight regarding strategies and best practices from retail and hospitality attendees. Sponsoring attendees should refrain from discussion of specific products or service offerings during conference sessions and are asked to defer to practitioner attendees during session Q&A.
As an alternative, interested sponsors and attendees arewelcome to engage in product or service-oriented discussionduring breaks.

Important Note on Sponsor Entitlements: Your organization received an “Exhibit A” document outlining specific sponsor entitlements as they relate to level of participation. Please refer to this document for details on entitlements including number of access passes allowed and whether your organization receives exhibitor space as an entitlement.
Exhibitors Networking Area For sponsors whose entitlements include the summit“Exhibitors Networking Area,” your space will include a power strip, a 30” round x 42” tall table and two stools. Your organization may provide 1 graphical backdrop for area (i.e.: 1 pull up banner), branded tablecloth (if desired), literature, and high-quality giveaway items. Please note that any high-quality giveaway items may not be “raffled” unless you have purchased a sponsorship upgrade and that nothing may be expected of attendees in exchange. Sponsoring Organization agrees to provide a minimum number of giveaways to correspond with number of event attendees (approx. 250).

The Four Seasons Denver will receive packages for the RH-ISAC event from Tuesday, September 17- Monday, September 23, 2019.

The hotel will provide a credit card authorization form - the hotel will need for you to advise how many boxes you need to be charged for on the authorization form and thehotel will charge accordingly.
For shipments after the event, sponsors must bring their own label with them and the hotel can schedule the pickup with either UPS or FedEx, whomever the carrier. The hotel cannot create a label to ship out and charge later; it will need to be done in advance or you will need to bring their box to a local FedEx or UPS store, which there are some nearby. If anyone is sending a whole pallet, it is $100 per pallet.
Please note: The hotel may refuse materials arriving more than one week in advance of the event. To best find your package, make sure you come with your tracking information.
Sponsors may coordinate directly with the presentation services audio visual representative who provides services for The Four Seasons Denver to receive additional AV or technical support and/or rentals related to participation in the summit. Sponsoring organizations are responsible for securing these services/ items directly and are responsible for payment for these items separately from their participation as sponsors of the summit.
