step-by-step instructions + tips
1 Cut a 6.5”x 10” rectangle from the yellow polka dot paper. Mount on one sheet of the white cardstock.
2 Cut a 1”x 10.5” strip from blue embossed cardstock and mount on the right side of the yellow polka dot paper.
3 Cut a 6”x 8” rectangle from the lemon patterned paper and mount on the layout. Cut a second 6”x 8”rectangle from the patterned paper and set aside for the second page.
4 Cut a 6”x 7.5” rectangle from the green side of the bicycle paper and mount on the layout. Mount a 5”x 7” photo on the green patterned paper.
5 Use a tab paper punch to punch a tab from the blue embossed cardstock and mount at the top, left edge of the photo. Stamp the word “summer” from the stamp set in red ink. Cut into a paper strip and mount on the paper tab.
6 Attach the green sunglasses paper clip to the top of the photo.
7 Cut the “hello summer” red paper strip at the bottom of the pattern paper to 8” wide. Wrap the yellow baker’s twine around the left side and tie into a bow. Mount the strip at the bottom of the photo.

w Fussy-cut four lemons from the leftover lemon patterned paper. Mount two in the upper, left corner of the layout and
add a tiny and medium green enamel dot to one of the lemons.
e Cut the rest of the red “hello summertime” paper strip at a
diagonal and mount at the bottom of the photo matte.
r Mount one fussy cut lemon on the bottom, right corner of the photo matte and add two green, enamel dots to the lemon. Mount a second fussy cut lemon to the first lemon using foam dots.
t Print or write the journaling on the yellow
cardstock and cut into paper strips. Mount the paper strips
at the bottom of the layout.
8 Fussy-cut a lemon from the lemon patterned paper and mount on the right side of the red paper strip. Add a tiny and medium green enamel dot to the lemon cut out.
9 Mount the “Squeeze the day” die cut on the layout with pop dots for the title.
0 For the second page, cut a 5”x 10.5” strip from the green patterned paper and mount on the left side of the second sheet of white cardstock.
{ Cut a 5”x 10” piece from the yellow polka dot paper and mount on the right side of the layout.
} Mount the 6”x 8” leftover lemon rectangle on the middle of the layout.
q Mount two 3.5”x 5” photos on the blue embossed cardstock. Trim the cardstock to 8”x 6”.

1 Cut the pink side of the painted pattern paper to 10”x 12”.
2 Cut a 1”x 12” strip from the green stripe side of the lemonade pattern paper and mount on the back of the left side of the pink patterned paper.
3 Mount both sheets of paper in the center of the floral pattern paper.
4 Use fuchsia stamping ink to stamp the word “SUN” multiple times in the upper, right corner of the pink patterned paper. Let dry.
5 Mount a strip of three photos in the center of the layout.
6 Mount the “Pool”, “Sunshine” and “Sunny Days” die cuts from the ephemera pack on the layout. Add the “hello” word banner and then mount the “summer is made for friends” phrase strip on the layout with foam dots.
7 Add yellow enamel dots around the circle elements.
8 Cut an 8”x.5” tall strip from the yellow polka dot paper. Notch both ends at mount at the bottom of the page.
9 Tear the ticket strip in half lengthwise and notch both ends. Wrap the yellow Baker’s Twine around the right side of the tickets and mount just above the yellow polka dot strip of paper.

0 Cut the “HELLO” journaling card from the patterned paper and mount on the layout with foam dots.
{ Mount the “summer” glitter word at the bottom of the journaling card and add yellow, enamel dots to the card.

1 Cut a 4”x 5.25” rectangle from the teal cardstock.
2 Use teal stamping ink to repeatedly stamp the ice cream image from the kit stamp set onto the teal cardstock. Let dry and then mount on a white A2 card.
3 Fussy cut two lemons from the lemonade paper and mount on the card.
4 Cut a 4”x.75” strip from the pink patterned paper. Use black stamping ink to stamp the words “HELLO” and “SUNSHINE” on the right side of the paper strip. Mount the paper strip on the bottom portion of the card.
5 Use pop dots to mount the “This Is My Happy Place” soda pop die cut on the center of the card.
6 Add pink enamel dots to the card.
