DreamsYesterday, I had a dream that I tried to keep, but it crumbled like a fall leaf, dry - brittle, on the ground.

Yesterday, I had a dream that I tried to keep, but it stayed still, never taking root - not even a try.

Today, I have that same dream, I hope to give life to - a new breath, a new beginning.

Today, you are that dream.

Take flight. Live. Go and give life to my dream because today it’s yours;

for tomorrow will be another dream.

Tomorrow will be someone else’s dream ----

Hey! Ever wondered what makes a school come

together and how we get all of those wonderful resources? Well, one of our

Panther Gazette Reporters may have an answer. Our guest interviewee has

a big hand in all of those things. Read the following interview conducted by

Yes! A perfectly carved out key, dead, lifeless bone of a key. It's only a quarter after eleven, the guard will fall asleep at exactly 11:30 and I will see if the key works. It's finally the time-- I shuffled to the cell bars and eagerly reached my arm through, bone key in hand. I muscled in the key and flicked my wrist, trying to open the lock. I hear a click-- I peek out of the bars and see the lock has been undone. You will not comprehend how quietly; how slyly I took it off. I slowly opened the cell, not even a creak was heard. I held a devious smirk. I walked over to the guard and slid his pocket knife out of the pocket on his chest. I left cuts all over his shirts and a few small cuts on his arms. I hollered out his name and played with his face and he didn't move a bit; same with the old man. I continued this taunting every night at 11:30 p.m. Seven days, on the dot. But on the seventh day I would've proceeded to murder this man, at midnight this time, with no need to cover it up. I'm already a lunatic with a tainted record to the rest of the world. It wasn't me that was in the wrong, it was that eye that put me in this god-forsaken prison.

The Tell Tale Heart by Edgar Allen Poe

Part 2 And all I needed was to get this bone. I felt my skin tingle with anticipation. I imagined my own bloodshed and grinned-- Oh, what a sight it'd be. I opened my mouth slightly and slowly brought my finger to my mouth. I felt my breath against my finger and clenched my jaw as hard as I could, tearing it off-- Ha! Ha! I did it! I took my pillow cover and tied it around the bloody nub and used my shirt to wipe up the floor. I shredded off the flesh with my fingers until I was left with the bone. My God, I've never ever felt this dizzy; I stumble over to the bed and sit down. I look across to see the key for my cell, and I take the bone to my mouth and scrape it with my teeth. I was in such discomposure, I felt my teeth chatter and I felt as if I had become deranged. My head was spinning-- Was it the adrenaline of the great escape? Was it the blood loss? I tried to ignore the ringing in my head and proceeded to carve out this key. Volume 1 Issue 2

Wonderful blueHow I admire you,And your endless hues.

Oh how much you contribute to,The beauty of the sky on a sunny afternoon,Reflecting on the sea below you.

How is that, inside those wires,Those dangerous electric volts, you make me admireThe beauty you bestow upon the coveted sapphire.

Oh wonderful blue.

Her by JP

The most beautiful eyes have the most sorrow,

The softest voice has the greatest sound.

I was gone without a trace but no one bats their eyes,

Or noticed my demise,

But when I returned I found a letter,

It read on the front: “It will be better”

I opened the paper and read the most

Memorable writing which still haunts me like a ghost

“I’ve been sick for a long while,

I didn’t say because I knew that I’ll

Cause some damage of beyond repair,

But it’s too late for I gave you great despair.

I’m just here to say that our times were grand,

Even though things didn’t go as planned…”

She passed on the day of February 5th,

All there is now is a heart tampered with.

By her,

Best and worst thing ever to occur.

Ask Auctor

Dear “Need an Answer”,You should build up your relationship with your mom. You broke her trust and she may not believe anything else you tell her. Make sure you do the things your mom wants you to do. Be responsible. Your future depends on it.

AuctorDear Auctor:I am really having a terrible time in Science. What can I do to get better at Science?

Apple PieDear Apple Pie:Get a friend who can support you and have fun at the same time. Don’t let the fun overpower your work. “Because the fun becomes undone.”

HOW STUFF WORKSby A.W.This time, I would like to answer the question of how laser light is created and why it’s so powerful.Well, laser is actually an acronym for light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation.A laser is formed when an electrons(carrier of electricity) in atoms of some glasses, crystals, and gases absorb energy from a current of electricity or another laser to excite those electrons. The light created by this process is all moving the same way so the light is all one color unlike normal white light. The color is determined by the amount of energy released as the electron returns to normal. There is the answer now because laser light is uniform it can stay focused for vast distances,to the moon and back.

time we hope to have a special guest joining us. We’ll have some pizza, snacks and games. Listen out for the morning announcements. Join us!
