Sultan Muhammad V will be bestowed the Darjah Kerabat di-Raja Yang Amat di-Hormati. Perak Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir is the sole recipient of the Darjah Seri Paduka Sultan Azlan Shah Perak Yang Amat Dimulia, which carries the title Datuk Seri di-Raja. Institute of Strategic Studies Malaysia chairman, New Straits Times Press chairman and Media Prima board member Tan Sri Mohamed Jawhar Hassan will be among three recipients of the Darjah Seri Paduka Mahkota Perak, which carries the title Datuk Seri. The others are accountant Datuk Ahmad Johan Raslan and AirAsia group chief executive Datuk Seri Tony Fernandes. Another recipient from the media is Utusan Melayu group editor-in-chief Datuk Abdul Aziz Ishak, who will be awarded the Darjah Datuk Paduka Mahkota Perak, which carries the title Datuk. Lampung Province governor Dr Sjachroedin is the sole recipient of the Darjah Seri Paduka Cura Si Manji Kini, which carries the title Datuk Seri. Recently retired Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Hussin Ismail will receive the Darjah Seri Panglima Taming Sari, which carries the title Datuk Seri Panglima. Zulkifeli Mohd Zin will receive the same award. Treasury deputy secretary general Datuk Zalekha Hassan is the sole recipient of the Darjah Datuk Paduka Cura Si Manja Kini, which carries the title Datuk.

A total of 54 people will be conferred the Darjah Datuk Paduka Mahkota Perak, which carries the title Datuk. Among them are the Perak menteri besar's political secretary Ismail Saffian and Alor Pongsu assemblyman Sham Mat Sahat. Several heads of department will receive the same award, including Perak Health director Datuk Ahmad Razin Ahmad Mahir, Perak Environment director Abu Hasan Mohd Isa, Perak Education director Mohd Rauhi Mohd Isa, Perak Veterinary Services director Dr Quaza Nizamuddin Hassan Nizam, Perak Land and Mines director Syed Mokhtar Syed Iddris and Perak religious and Malay customs council chief executive Dr Syed Omar Sharifuddin Syed Ikhsan. Lawyer and Perak People's Progressive Party vice-chairman Naran Singh, Perak Gerakan secretary See Teang Seng, Tambun Wanita Umno chief Datin Puizah Abu Kassim, Malaysian Hockey Federation deputy president Nur Azmi Ahmad, Perak Women Club president Siti Hendon Chek, Yayasan Perak general manager Abdul Jamil Mat Kasa, Manjung district officer Ahmad Shafiee and Perak Town and Country Planning department director Dr Dolbani Mijan are among the recipients. Others are Cybersecurity Malaysia chief executive officer Lt-Col (Rtd) Husin Jazri, Sunway City Berhad managing director Ngeow Voon Yean, author Datuk Bridget Menezes, East Asian Institute chairman Professor Wang Gungwu, Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Perak branch president Lim Si Boon, National Heart Institute consultant anaesthesiologist Dr Sharifah Suraya Syed Mohd Tahir, Perak Investment Management Centre chief executive officer Muhammad Hafni Ibrahim and Puspanita president Puan Sri Wan Noorlina Wan Hussin. Three people will receive the Darjah Datuk Pahlawan Taming Sari, which carries the Datuk Pahlawan award. They are the Eighth Brigade Commander Abdul Rahim Abdul Mutalib, Perak deputy police chief Datuk Zakaria Yusof and Mohd Anuar Rijaldin from the Defence Ministry. Berita Harian's Perak bureau chief Jalal Ali Mohd Abdul Rahim and New Straits Times Perak bureau journalist Jaspal Singh are among the 274 people who will be awarded the Pingat Pekerti Terpilih. Among the 280 recipients of the Pingat Jasa Kebaktian are Ani Awang (Utusan Malaysia), Ding Sae Diong (Sin Chew Jit Poh), Lee Tuck Ming (Nanyang Siang Pau), Chan Li Leen (Star) and Noraini Ahmad (Bernama).
