6 BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF VEHICLE 6-1 IMPROVEMENTS The following improvements and changes have been made. 1. Engine

(1) The iridium spark plugs have been replaced by nickel spark plugs. (3SZVE) (2) A intelligent catalyst has been adopted. (3SZVE european specification vehicles)

2. Exterior (1) Y09 has been abolished from the body outer panel colors, and G37 has been added.

3. Interior (1) The altimeter and the instantaneous fuel consumption meter of the multi-information display

have been abolished, and an ice warning indicator has been provided. (2) Jersey cloth covers have been provided for the door trims of the higher grade models.

4. Comfort Features (1) A combination 1DIN CD player-electronic AM/FM tuner has been added. (Optional equipment

for Central and South American specification vehicles) (2) The radio antenna has been replaced by a pole antenna with a built-in amplifier.

5. Wheels, other (1) A newly designed aluminum wheel has been added. (Optional equipment for all models.) (2) A semi-hard type spare tire cover has been added. (Optional equipment for European specifi-

cation vehicles) 6-2 ABOUT THE SPECIAL EDITION VEHICLES The Memorial Edition and the Limited Package have been added. The following equipment is provided as a set. 1. Exterior

(1) Tricot suede fabric covers have been provided for the door trims. (2) Alcantara has been adopted for the seat covers. (The front seats and head rests are double

2-2 WARNING/INDICATOR 2-2-1 ICE WARNING 1. An ice-warning symbol indicator has been adopted in

the meter LCD. 2. When the outside air temperature drops to 3 or below,

the indicator remains on, after blinking five times at one second intervals.

3. If the outside air temperature is 3 or below when the IG SW is turned ON, the indicator comes on, without blinking.
