• Announcement Lists - Mass email distribution• Feedback/Open Discussion Lists – Anyone can

Downside to DoIT Alternatives

• In many cases, alternate services have EULAs (End User License Agreements), that allow the hosting provider to do whatever they want with client data, which usually includes distributing with other companies that have partnerships.

• Support may be lower and loss of customer data may be acceptable to provider
