Comments: Once the patient rack cards have been approved by CMS we will meet with each site and plan the dissemination of program information to the community partners.


Begin Social Media campaign on the websites of the participating providers, Facebook, and Twitter



Comments: The social media campaign has been discussed with each site's marketing teams. Each marketing team for the site will launch their approved social media campaigns (i.e. twitter and Facebook) once recruitment has began.


NV Medicaid managed care organizations (Health Plan of NV and Amerigroup) distribute promotional materials, flyers, and patient handouts with Strong Start logo to enrollees



Comments: Once the patient rack cards have been approved by CMS we will meet with each site and plan the dissemination of program information to the community partners.


Solicit approval of public service announcements regarding Strong Start campaign in local and regional radio, TV, and print media in English and Spanish



Comments: The HealthInsight marketing team is in the process of getting quotes for the media promotion to discuss with the sites.
