Eustress is the good stress that motivates you to continue working. Everyone needs a little bit of stress in their life in order to continue to be happy, motivated, challenged and productive.
Bad stress, or distress, is when the good stress becomes to much to bear or cope with. Tension builds, there is no longer any fun in the challenge, there seems to be no relief, no end in sight.
Anything that causes stress is a stressor.
Stressors range from everyday annoyances to serious problems.
Examples of stressors:

Keep a positive outlook! Stress can make you feel depressed, anxious, or afraid.
Remind yourself to look at the big picture and keep things in perspective.

Learning time management skills can help you reduce stress and get more done.
Managing your time involves figuring out which activities are most important to you.
You need to distinguish between the “should” and “musts” on the to-do list.
Learn how to say “no!”
Strengthen your physical health.
•Exercise regularly. When you exercise it increases your oxygen intake which helps you think more clearly.
•Eat a healthy diet. Well-nourished bodies are better prepared to cope with stress. Start your day with a healthy breakfast and reduce your caffeine and sugar intake.
•Get plenty of sleep. Feeling tired can increase stress by causing you to think irrationally.
•Set aside relaxation time. Relaxation techniques slowing your heart rate and make you feel less tense.
