Each application is carefully calibrated from the scanner soft-ware to the milling machines in the validated workflow.

77 HEAVYWEIGHT makes a difference 4.2 and 6.7 ton milling machines are virtually free of quality reducing vibration, although their acceleration corresponds to 1.5 times earth gravity. These heavyweight machines are so precise that the re-positional deviation is less than 0.002 mm.

77 SPEED makes a differenceThe machine can reach a maximum speed of 10 meters per second creating sharp margins and smooth surfaces. The maximum spindle speed of 40 000 – 54 000 rpm grinds the delicate walls and edges to achieve high precision in the dental restoration.
