• CCFWG leads and unites the community through philanthropy and advocacy to ensure that women and girls have resources and opportunities to thrive.

• CCWC support: $1000 sponsorship of the Girls in Action Summit in March 2019.

• Impact Analysis: Over 66% of the attendees felt that the Summit made them more comfortable voicing their opinions and 82% felt they will be more inclined to take the time to look for new solutions or pursue new ideas. One attendee wrote, “I loved being able to meet such a wide variety of inspirational women that are contributing so much to their community. It was also incredible to learn about the different issues and how certain organizations are addressing them.”

• CCF serves low-income Chester County students motivated to earn a high school diploma and post-secondary degree. They provide after-school academic enrichment, mentoring, and scholarship support.

• CCWC support: $500 support towards Empowerment and Networking event in May 2018.

• Impact Analysis: CCWC funds help with food and materials for five CCF Parent Nights. About 90 parents attended and learned how CCF could benefit their child’s education and help them to put their child on a path to higher education.

• The Clinic provides health care to uninsured in an atmosphere that fosters dignity and respect.

• CCWC Support: $1500 for pap smear tests in November 2018.

• Impact Analysis: The Clinic provided women’s health testing and services to 4,857 patients at a cost of $11,677. The CCWC support helped offset those costs.

• LCH is a diverse, bilingual team that is dedicated to helping adults, teens, and children be healthy and stay healthy.

• CCWC support: $1000 to provide exam chair at new West Grove Women’s Health Center in Jennersville in April 2018.

• Impact Analysis: The exam chair enabled LCH to see 33% more female patients at their new Women’s Health Center.

• Impact Analysis: CCWC logo on sleeve of race t-shirt highlighted CVC and CCWC partnership, 70% of CVC clients are female.

Gateway HorseWorkshttp://www.gatewayhorseworks.org/

• Stable Pathways Program is a trauma-informed equine-assisted psychotherapy program specifically for women in the Chester County Women’s Reentry Assessment & Programming Initiative (WRAP).

• Galloping Home Program is a trauma-informed equine-assisted psychotherapy program developed specifically for women veterans experiencing homelessness.

• CCWC support: $3,000 for Stable Pathways in March 2017, $3,000 for Galloping Home in September 2018.

• Impact Analysis (Stable Pathways): An eight-session pilot program was run for five women in the WRAP program. Issues of anxiety, depression and hopelessness were addressed and participants experienced psychological improvement and empowerment.

• Impact Analysis (Galloping Home): An eight-session pilot program was run for six female Veterans in the Fall of 2018. Female veterans experiencing PTSD, military sexual trauma, depression and anxiety worked with certified instructors and horses to ‘provided safety and sanctuary as they learned the delicate art of reintegrating to society.’

Home of the Sparrowhttps://homeofthesparrow.org/

• Home of the Sparrow strives to prevent homelessness in women through a variety of targeted programs - eviction prevention, rental assistance, shared housing program, pre-senior bridge program and education.

• CCWC support: $1000 support to provide Target gift cards to be distributed to clients as needed in July 2017, event program ad for $150 in October 2018.

• Impact Analysis: The donation helped women in the pre-senior bridge program to be able to afford essentials items needed to live independently. This program serves women in Chester County who are not yet able to qualify for Medicare and social security and provides them safe, community housing to help them maintain their dignity.

The League of Women Voters of Chester Countyhttps://lwvccpa.org/

• LWV is a nonpartisan group which encourages voter registration, promotes the voting process by hosting debates for candidates and circulates a voter’s guide, as well as raises awareness to issues backed by the State and those that have been sanctioned at a local level.

• CCWC support: $500 to a community speaking event on immigration in April 2017, $1500 to publish voter guide in November 2018.

• Impact Analysis: Immigration event was videotaped for future distribution to achieve greater reach and impact. 300 copies of the Chester County Voter’s Guide were made for the Fall 2018 elections. Copies were available at libraries, senior centers, retirement communities and rehabilitation facilities.

Single Mothers Conferencehttps://singlemotherscc.org/

• Single Mothers Conference is a one-day conference which provides multiple resources and information for single mothers in Chester County.

• CCWC support: $1000 support to provide breakfast and lunch for all attendees at the conference in April 2017 and April 2018.

• Impact Analysis: In 2017, 100 mothers attended, 60 volunteers assisted, and over 30 resource groups were present. In 2018, 72 mothers attended (135 mothers pre-registered), 68 volunteers assisted, and 50 exhibitors/sponsors/presenters were present.

WCU Super Moms

• CCWC member: Sue Fiorentino

• Organization contact: Sue Fiorentino

• WCU Super Moms works to empower, advocate, and join mothers and people who support mothers on campus together as they receive and exchange support from one another.

• CCWC support: $1000 support to host mentoring lunches with CCWC members and Super Moms in April 2018.

• Impact Analysis: One luncheon was held in Spring 2018 and 5 student-mothers attended.

• Wings for Success provide work clothing for women and resources to support the interview process, as well as continued employment success.

• CCWC support: $500 to sponsor a gala event in June 2017 and 2018.

• Impact Analysis: $11,150 was raised in 2017 and $21,727 was raised in 2018, which helped to provide clothing for employment, undergarments, transportation to-and-from dressing appointments, one-on-one advice seeking sessions and other material items for 25 (in 2017) and 50 (in 2018) women in need throughout Chester County.

YoungMomshttps://youngmomscommunity.com/

• YoungMoms inspires and equips young moms to build thriving futures for themselves and their families by providing supportive services to pregnant and parenting young women ages 21 and younger who live in Southern Chester County, PA.

• CCWC support: $1000 to sponsor a fundraising brunch in March 2019.
