Customer records are in Sage50

Customer enquiries use Sage50 data

Products are in Sage

So stock enquiries are on Sage data

This means you haven’t defined the

product record in Sage 50

If you scan an unidentified item during a sale, StoreTrader will create a new record for you.

Then in Sage 50 you add the additional data which Sage 50

needs
