Use Restrictions: This product is not to be used as a terminal sterilant/high-level disinfectant on any surface or instrument that (1) is introduced directly into the human body, either into or in contact with the bloodstream or normally sterile areas of the body, or (2) contacts intact mucous membranes but which does not ordinarily penetrate the blood barrier or otherwise enter normally sterile areas of the body. This product may be used to preclean or decontaminate critical or semi-critical medical devices prior to sterilization or high-level disinfection.

Shake Well Before UsingHomebright® Disinfectant Spray is a germicidal spray product that kills 2009-H1N1 Influenza A Virus (Novel H1N1), Campylobacter jejuni, Escherichia coli, Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1), Klebsiella pneumoniae, Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enterica, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Swine Influenza A (H1N1) Virus, Trichophyton interdigitale and Vancomycin-resistant Eschericihia faecalis (VRE). Homebright® Disinfectant Spray is a germicidal spray product that kills MRSA, E. coli, Staph, Salmonella, VRE and other organisms as listed. Use to disinfect/sanitize hard, nonfood contact, nonporous, inanimate surfaces such as athletic equipment, bath mats, diaper pails (metal or plastic), door knobs, garbage cans (metal or plastic), hampers (empty), light switches, locker room benches, locker room shower stalls (glazed ceramic tile or plastic), shower room floors, telephones, toilet seats (non-wood) and urinals (glazed porcelain or metal).

Pre-CleaningBefore using Homebright® Disinfectant Spray for disinfection and/or sanitization*, thoroughly pre-clean surfaces to be treated.

Disinfection and Sanitization*Hold can upright and spray pre-cleaned surfaces from a distance of 6 inches until surface is wet. Allow treated surfaces to remain visibly wet for 10 minutes before wiping with a clean sponge or towel, or let treated surface air dry.

Air Freshener and DeodorizerSpray upward into rooms, such as bathrooms, churches, classrooms, kitchens, living rooms, meeting rooms, recreation rooms and sickrooms, using 3 second bursts. Direct the spray into corners and center of room, filling the room with a fine mist. Special Instructions for Cleaning and Decontamination Against HIV on Surfaces/Objects Soiled with Blood/Body Fluids on pre-cleaned environmental surfaces/objects previously soiled with blood/body fluids in health care settings (or other settings in which there is an expected likelihood of soiling of inanimate surfaces/objects with blood or body fluids, and in which the surfaces/objects likely to be soiled with blood or body fluids can be associated with the potential for transmission of HIV): Personal Protection: When handling items soiled with blood or body fluids, use disposable latex gloves, gowns, masks, and eye coverings. Cleaning Procedure: Blood and other body fluids must be thoroughly cleaned from surfaces and objects before application of this disinfectant. Contact Time: Spray surface to be treated 3-4 seconds, from a distance of 6-8 inches, until surface is wet. Allow spray to dry without wiping or allow spray to contact treated surface for a minimum of 10 minutes prior to wiping. Disposal of Infectious Materials: Blood and other body fluids should be autoclaved and disposed of according to federal, state and local regulations for infectious waste disposal.
