BJP National WorkingPresident J P Nadda today laidthe foundation stone for partyoffices in 16 districts and saidTamil culture gave direction notonly to those living in the statebut also to people living acrossthe country.
Nadda on a one-day visit toTamil Nadu was given a rousingreception by scores of partyfunctionaries at the Chennai air-port.
