Position Overview
Human Resources
Your suitability for this role will be assessed against how you;
Build positive relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external clients to ensure that their needs are met
Apply your knowledge of contemporary HR processes, systems and policies to provide advice and develop appropriate HR solutions.
Have proven ability to work autonomously, using a high level of initiative to analyse human resource issues, develop appropriate solutions and strategies understand and resolve issues.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with officers of all levels including senior management regarding sensitive human resource issues.
Take personal responsibility for completing takes on time and continuously seek to expand your HR knowledge.
