Step up from HighSchool is a summer camp that will take place in 3-4 international schools. The duration of each school is 4 days.Issues discussed are Goal setting and Career development, which will be delivered through interesting interactive workshops and sessions.

05Job Description• The intern would be giving sessions and doing workshops about career development and goal setting for grade 9 to 12 students.• The intern should have basic presentation skills as we will provide him with some training sessions before starting the project.• At least 4 interns should have their own DSLRs (professional cameras) and have good photography skills as they will be covering the project’s media section and will provide us with pictures and videos about the project.• The interns would participate as ambassadors of their countries in the closing event (Global Village), they should participate with their country’s traditional meal, clothes and country’s flag.

06What we expect from interns:

1- Be serious about work.2- Be punctual in time and totally be honest with us.3- Adapt into the Egyptian culture and traditions.

07What our interns will gain:

1- Experience and knowledge about Egyptian culture.2- Great presentation and communication skills by a well known organization in Egypt called “Emmkan”.3-Basic Arabic language.

08Exchange Program flowWe’ll start realizations on the 15th of June. By the 20th of June the preparation period will start and it will end on the 28th of June. We will be having four camps, each camp will proceed for 4 days. The first camp will start on 29-June and end by the 2nd of July. The second camp will start on 6-July and end by the 9th. The third camp will start on 13-July and end by the 16th. The fourth and last camp will start on the 21st of July and end by the 23rd.Our closing event (The Global Village) will be on the 28th of July.

AIESEC GUC AIESEC GUC started after a lot of effort and dedication and was sustained through remarkable young leaders who wanted to carry on the self-driven experience AIESEC has provided them with to students in the GUC. With it’s first welcome day for the first members recruited on campus on the 26th of December 2009, AIESEC GUC became an official expansion promising to change the lives of the 40 faces that reflected great potential. A year in, more than 100 members have experienced the amazing culture and work/fun environment AIESEC GUC provides for it’s members. A large number of students so far have been assigned to astounding leadership roles, and gone on life-altering marvelous international internships (Exchange Programs) that AIESEC GUC provides.
