Take a walk with your dog. Run around your backyard. Toss a ball or frisbee. Play chase with your
dog.
Start your day with deep breaths, positivethoughts and a few stretches. You and your dog can
practice downward dog andchild’s pose together.
Make some homemade dog treats, or draw a pictureof your dog. Choose your favorite breed and create
