How would you help a fellow Aggie who says to you, “I don’t feel like myself. My mind is constantly

do but I can’t seem to start any of them because I feel so stressed out.”
A. Tell them to skip all their classes for a week and re-binge watch their favorite Netflix

B. Suggest they pause, try taking a few deep breaths and focus on the present moment.

You're at a football game cheering on the Aggies with a group of friends. One of your friends who pre-
gamed before the game crumples to the ground. They seem confused by their surroundings and
their skin is cold and clammy. What do you do?
A. Walk them back to their residence hall.

You’re at the movies with some of your friends. While waiting to get some popcorn, you notice a couple arguing.
One partner grabs the other’s arm and “whisper-screams” something into their face. The other partner looks
visibly distressed. Something in your gut tells you this isn’t right, but you’re not sure what to do. Do you:
A. Directly confront the aggressor by saying “Hey you! Get your hands off them!”
B. Delegate to someone who’s more comfortable than you, by letting a nearby security guard
know what’s going on.
C. Distract them by “accidentally” knocking over a fellow patron’s popcorn and dramatically
apologizing.
D. Directly address the distressed partner by saying “Are you okay? Are you hurt?”
You’ve noticed your roommate has stopping joining you at the Rec, oversleeps for his 8 AM class, is
skipping meals, and seems down. What would you do?
A. Tell him to snap out of it and try harder.
B. Assume he probably doesn’t like you anymore and avoid talking to him.
C. If he asks for advice, give him a solution to “fix” his problems.
D. Say, “Hey, I’ve noticed you are a little off, everything ok?” and then be ready to listen.
