IOSA Certification

IOSA Initial

The audit will be performed by a team of five specially trained IOSA auditors for a period of five days on-site. During the audit, Aviation Quality Services verifies the conformity with the IOSA criteria regarding documentation and implementation. The audit scopes cover the entire management and operations system – from flight operations and maintenance to ground handling and security. Prior to the actual audit we offer you a one-day IPV which familiarises you with the IOSA concept.

IOSA Preparation Visit (IPV)

During this on-site session you will get acquainted with IOSA concepts and learn about techniques for conducting IOSA self-preparation activities. You will be provided with a clear understanding of IOSA terminology, documentation and objectives as well as the complete audit process from initial preparation through to registration.

6IOSA RegistrationFor an initial audit, IATA places your airline on the IOSA registry for a registration period of 24 months from the date of your initial audit closing meeting. For a renewal audit, IATA extends the validity of the registration for 24 months.

IOSA Renewal

You can start your renewal audit 150 days prior to the expiry date of your IOSA registration and you can count on our support during our optional management briefing, which is held well in advance and at your premises. Here we inform you about the latest regulatory developments, new IOSA standards and give you the opportunity to ask specific questions regarding your individual operational and organisational situation.

ISAGO Audit

With the implementation of ISAGO (IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations) the primary goal is to drastically reduce accidents and injuries on the ground. Like IOSA, the programme aims to improve both safety and audit efficiency. IS-BAO Audit

The International Standard for Business Aviation Operations (IS-BAO) is a worldwide recognised benchmark designed to support commercial and business flight departments in achieving a high level of safety and professionalism. In 2002 the International Busi-ness Aviation Council (IBAC) introduced IS-BAO as a safety code developed by the industry for the industry. Based on Standards and Recommended Practices of ICAO, IS-BAO became a code of best practice for business aircraft operators all over the world.

Aviation Auditor Training (AAT)

Uniquely this training combines an intensive training in aviation management systems with basic auditor training. During only one week of training, you will gain relevant and concise quality management knowledge and simultaneously complete the basic training to be an aviation auditor. A systematic selection of aviation-related contents and active exercises with the participants facilitate the practical application of training contents and their implementation in everyday life.

Aviation Auditor Recurrent Training (AART) & Aviation Lead Auditor Trai-ning (ALAT)

The Aviation Auditor Recurrent Training (AART) highlights legal industry standards as well as changes in regulations. Practical audit scenarios will be discussed and evaluated. During theAviation Lead Auditor Training (ALAT) you will learn how to manage a team, deal with possible conflicts, traps and cultural differences as well as how to improve your auditing skills and presentation techniques. IOSA Auditor Training (IAT)

IOSA Airline Auditor Training (IAAT)

This training course provides aviation auditors with the necessary skills and requirements to undergo the IOSA audit and to under-stand the Enhanced IOSA concept according to ORG 3.4.13.

Advanced IOSA Airline Auditor Training

This training course focuses specifically on real-life and practical exercises enabling you to successfully manage the Enhanced IOSA requirements (ISARPs) in conformity with ORG 3.4.6 & 3.4.7. Furthermore you will learn how to develop an IOSA compliant system and handle IOSA post-audit corrective actions.

Fatigue Risk Management Training (FRM)

Fatigue is a major human factor hazard. Therefore, regulators expect operators to manage fatigue through their Safety Manage-ment System (SMS) or Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS). Our Fatigue Risk Management (FRM) courses provide an overview of the most recent information, strategies and methods on fatigue risk management. The courses include applicable know-how to manage fatigue risk effectively through your existing SMS or new FRMS as the latest “industry best practice”. It is based on industry experience and ICAO and EASA requirements.

Web-Based FRM Training

The Web-Based FRM Training targets all crew members. It focuses on the nature and causes of fatigue, the effects on health and safety as well as individual and operational strategies for managing disrupted rest periods. Furthermore this training course incorporates recommended practices from IATA and ICAO.

Quality System Training (QST) and Integrated Management System Trai-ning (IMST)

The Quality System Training (QST) provides you with deep knowledge of aviation related requirements for a Management System and its components. You will learn about Policies & Objectives, Programmes, Processes and Procedures and how to systematically document and implement numerous Manage-ment Systems in an aviation organisation. The Integrated Management System Training (IMST) assists aviation organisations to meet the implementation rulesrequirements of EASA OPS (ORO.GEN.200 and other) as well as industry standards (e.g. IOSA or ISAGO) for variousmanagement systems. SMS / Risk Assessment Training

Learn how to manage all kinds of operational risks in your organisation during 3 days in our SMS / Risk Assessment Training (RAT). SMS Complete

The SMS Complete combines the SMS for Safety and Quality Professionals and SMS / Risk Assessment Training in a 5-day course. This training targets Safety and Quality Professionals who work with safety on a daily basis and whose responsibilities include the supervision of the conduct of risk assessments. By attending both courses during one week, you will efficiently get proficient in how to implement and manage the SMS and get the knowledge required to be able to supervise risk assessments.

Web-Based SMS Training

Our Web-Based SMS training provides your employees with the required basic SMS knowledge. The course focuses on the importance of making hazard reports and how hazard reporting integrates with other parts of a functioning SMS.
