Status of calibration target for Three Springs Cell

• Last meeting we discussed problem with Covington & Weaver values used in superseded Group C target for this spring cell

• Committee requested that IDWR compile a transient target for this cell

• IDWR compiled data from records previously submitted to IDWR and posted draft memo & spreadsheet on September 19.

• John Koreny and the Jones Hatchery provided more detailed records to IDWR between Oct. 7 and Oct. 17, which facilitated correction of some of the previously reported data

• IDWR posted revised draft memo & spreadsheet on October 21.

• Spring Creek Spring (+) Lee Hatchery (1995-2009) (+) Spring Creek Spring Pipe (7/2004) (+) Musser Pump (annual volume from PCC for 1995-2010)

• Cell Target is the sum of 8 quantities (user reported & estimates)
