* * * * *I come to you brethren in the name of the Lord,reJOIcmg m HIm, W im a yearnmg fiean for us andall His people. The Lord wants me to make knownto you brethren the mission He has had me performthe last nearly three weeks. I seek His Spirit to bewith us, and I will just take it in order. So often theLord has me do things that I don't see all thereasons why at first. He has me step forth and docertain things, and then in time He reveals whatHis purposes are.

I had returned to this place of refuge, intendingand the Lord showing me that we needed to pressforward in our mission here, but I was kept awayfrom this people and from my family for two days,the Lord judging us that we weren' t fully preparedas a people; and for me to remain, especially whenmy family was offered special experiences andthey weren't earning those experiences, it wouldhave brought them under greater condemnation.So the Lord showed me, at first, that I had to leaveto cause the people here to reach with greater faith.

I called you several times and left messages to trainour people here in the fervency of faith and that theblessing of the fulness of Zion would not just behanded to us.The Lord directed me to leave that earlymorning, Friday morning, June 4t\ and to have adriver drive me who is not of the "Jeffs" or

"Allred" name, so I had Ben Johnson drive me.The Lord directed my brother Isaac to come to bethe lead car to always radio to me ifthere is dangerahead. I didn't tell them, at first, where we weregoing, but I left here by 4:30 a.m. that morning andthe Lord had me go to the Center Stake again, andthere I stayed for four nights, three days and fournights.One of the trainings you heard yesterday waswhen I was there. I called my family on how toovercome their fallen nature. I think you heard that

last night. I yearned unto the Lord to know what Iwas doing there. He had me -- one particular daybut for two of the three days -- travel around thewhole city of Independence. And now I havebecome well acquainted with that land, the lay ofthe land. He had me search out the minerals andsuch that we could use. I observe that immediatelynorth of the temple site, just a few miles away, asthe hillside of the city falls into the river lowlands,there is a large deposit of limestone where theyhave a large cement plant I had the men that werewith me go and research from the geologists aboutthe minerals in the county and in that area ofMissouri. I learned that there is a large deposit ofcoal there by the river. They have large stores ofoil. I observed the land as we traveled.

Before I went on that exploration myself, theLord showed me I was to visit the places where theLord did His work through Joseph Smith. I went tothe temple site several times, walked around it,reading the scriptures concerning it as I went. Ilearned where the court house was, where Josephwas to start there and then go westward to find thetemple site; and I saw it was exactly westwardfrom the courthouse. I traveled to the temple site atFar West. Each temple site I walked thedimensions of the temple at that time. I then wentto Adam-Ondi-Ahman again and walked throughthat whole area. It is a very peaceful valley.

I returned to Independence and then wentexploring alone. One day the Lord, all He saidwas, "Go South through the city of Raytown."That is the city immediately south ofIndependence. So we traveled south. I drove onthat day. I traveled south with the young menbeing the lead car. I went south and then east, and Iended up at the capitol city of Jefferson City, thecapitol city of Missouri. I was impressed to go tothe capitol building and I spent an hour and a halfthere. The Lord had me perform the work of goingthrough that capitol building and kicking the dustoff my feet as an ordinance and witness againstthat state, delivering them over to the judgments ofGod. I found a private side room, stood by myselfthis time, with arm to the square, and in theauthority of the Priesthood delivered thegovernment and state and peoples ofMissouri overto the judgments of God to fulfill the promise ofthe Prophets that that state would be sweptcompletely clean of its inhabitants, that therewould be no opposition to the establishing ofZion.

I observed, as I walked through that building,the great pride. I went to the display area where thepictures of the governors of the state were, and Iread through the history, how the state wasestablished in 1821. You remember GovernorDunklin was the governor that would not protectthe saints as they were driven. Governor Boggswas next, to execute the extermmahon order, andthen Governor Reynolds sought Joseph's life bysending arrest warrants after him into Illinois.Governor Reynolds, the history said, committedsuicide. And that is in Joseph's history where heasked the Lord to protect him, and the next thing heheard the governor had committed suicide. Evenin the Missouri history on their displays, it showsthose three governors as having the challengeswith the Mormons, as they called it. So standing attheir pictures, I performed that work of witnessingagainst them and the state of Missouri and thosegovernors.

Throughout my travels the Lord often took meto places that were most wicked, and I witnessedthe darkness and corruption of the peopleeverywhere I went. As I went along, I learned thatthis was one of he purposes of his mission, seeingwhere the Lord led me. You will see the greaterimport of what I am saying as I go along here. returned to Independence, Missouri again, and thenext day I traveled through the city and observedhow the city was between two main hills; and theridge or hill where the temple will be built, on allsides it falls to a lower elevation, so it is on the hill.It will be the most prominent structure when it isbuilt.

I was then directed to go to Nauvoo and thenCarthage Jail that day. I actually walked throughNauvoo, also witnessing the people who are therenow. I went right into the red brick store, to theupper room where Joseph performed theendowments, and to his homestead right next doorand the Mansion House next to that. TheReorganized Church has control of thosestructures. I went to the Nauvoo temple. Theybuilt a new replica of the original, and it is all ausable temple now, to them. I learned thedimensions of that. As I went to these buildingsand structures, I also observed the stone work ofhow they built with the heavy stones back in theeighteen hundreds.

I stayed there and I then was directed to gotoward Chicago, and it just so happened that Istayed at a motel in a place called Warrenville.And then the Lord had me go along the GreatLakes, all the way to Albany, the capitol city ofNew York; and I stayed in a town just north ofthere. And the next day I went directly to thebirthplace of Joseph Smith and observed the quietforest where he lived, also observing the MormonChurch people who are lifeless and withoutPriesthood. That is truly a beautiful place. TheLord has shown me that many of these places,during the Millennium, will be places wheretemples will be built and the Prophet honored, butin the right way, not with museums and deadworks. It will be a living work, the livingPriesthood doing there work there, and a livingtestimony present, not the dead works only.I then drove south through Vermont to thebirthplace of Brigham Young, observed where hewas born. I stood at that spot. The hills there go upto about 4600 feet at the highest. The elevation ofthese places was generally about a thousand feet.Much of the land I drove across was only aboutfive hundred feet elevation. These men were bornin the Green Mountains and the mountains are justtotally covered with trees. You don 't see cliffs and

rocks. I see why they call it the Green Mountains.I observed on the map that in northern Vermont iswhere Heber C. Kimball was born, and wereceived a paper there showing how many of theearly prominent brethren called to help Josephcame from there, like Oliver Cowdery was born inVermont, others.I then left Vermont and drove straight to thecapitol city of New York; and truly, brethren,Albany, New York is pure darkness. I had the mentake me to the capitol building there and I observedthey had great security all around it, policeeverywhere. I also observed they werereconstructing part of the building, and I was ableto look at their rock work. But at each of theseplaces --like Jefferson Missouri, also at Albany -in the name of the Lord, I encircled the capitolbuilding and by prayer and ordinance delivered the

city of Albany and the state ofNew York over tothe judgments ofGod, kicking the dust ofmy feetoff against them as a witness Just driving throughthe city and getting out and walking around, thespirit there is so dark and terrible. Every place Iwent all I could say was, "0 Lord, none doeth goodhere. They are all dark and fallen." We stoppedmany places for fuel and to stay the nights, to goget some supplies. Everywhere I went it was thesame terrible darkness throughout this land.I then drove to Rochester, New York, truly awicked and dark city, stayed the night and that wasthe big city closest to Palmyra. And the nextmorning I drove to Palmyra and walked throughthe Sacred Grove, there offering up a ferventdedication prayer, realizing that was the place thatthe Godhead met. I had already been toAdam-Ondi-Ahman, where the Godhead will meetagain on the earth with the Keyholders ofPriesthood, always looking forward, not justlooking back to these events.I drove from there to the Hill Cumorah, and wasable to take the time there to walk up and down thehill and around it. That is the largest hill I couldsee there, rising above all others. From there Iwent to where the Church had rebuilt the PeterWhitmer home in Fayette, New York, where theChurch was organized, where the three witnessesdid their work, and so on.

Excuse me, before I went to Rochester, the daybefore I left Albany, the Lord had me go south tothe Susquehanna River. I was able to stop rightalong the border of Pennsylvania and New Yorkand stand out by the river. Then we went south toSusquehanna and just happened to fmd the spotwhere Joseph Smith's home in New Harmony was,which is the city of Susquehanna, and the Churchhad put up their monuments, "This is near theplace where the Aaronic Priesthood was restored,"which was so. Joseph and Oliver were translatingthe Book ofMormon at that place. So I saw wherethe Priesthood was restored, or around that area.Then I went to Rochester, stayed the night, andthen went to these other places.From there, I was not to go to any more of hesehistoric sites. I had already been to the Kirtlandtemple last February or so and seen how that was

constructed. But the Lord had me go south toColumbus, Ohio. And I arrived right around 6:00o'clock p.m. We drove around and found thecapitol building there.I failed to tell you, while I was in Springfield,after leaving Missouri, after seeing Nauvoo andCarthage, I went to the capitol building in Illinoisand did the same work -- walked around thatbuilding, performed the ordinance of kicking thedust off my feet, calling upon the Lord to send Hisjudgments upon that ",Ticked state and peoples

Now I went to Ohio, after New York, performedthat same work there -- walked around the capitolbuilding. I was able to sit on a bench under sometrees and hold my arm to the square there and in theauthority of the Priesthood and by the keys andpowers thereof, delivered the state andgovernment and peoples of Ohio over to thejudgments ofGod and that they would be swept offthe land, that the prophecy that Missouri, Illinois,and Ohio would be left without inhabitant wouldbe fulfilled. Again it was the same dark spiriteverywhere.

I left Columbus Ohio, the capitol city of Ohio,and went to Cincinnati and stayed the night. I wasthen shown that perhaps I would go down to Rl7next. So I was shown to travel south, and we wentsouth through LewyVille, Kentucky down throughNashville, Tennessee. Well, at LewyVille, weneeded to service our cars. We had been so manythousands ofmiles distance. I tried hard to find a

motel just to put my scribe and I in so that wewould be out of sight, but everywhere we went,there wasn't a motel available. So needing torelieve ourselves and find a little bite to eat and theboys to get the car serviced, I was led to go to thebig shopping mall right there in LewyVille,Kentucky. And I learned afterwards, from theLord, that it was His purpose that I don't just avoidthe people. I was to walk among them and be awitness of their condition, and again seeing thatplace was the most dark, filthy, low, corrupt place,and the glory of the world in it all. I observedeverywhere I went through all these states,including Missouri, that the white race havesurrendered to the black race, taken on theirbloodline, their ways, their spirit; and none doethgood out there.[Uncle Fred left the room for a few minutes.][Speaking to Uncel Wendell.] It sure was amiracle when I arrived here the other night -- theneighbor had left. I came and then he returned.President Wendell Nielsen: Well, UncleWarren, you really have been doing the Lord'swork.[Uncle Fred returned.]So I witnessed the darkness of the peopleeverywhere I went. The Lord showed me that this

'Alas ODe purpose o f tbis mission where I wentthrough the heart of the land -- clear through theeast, then through the central states and south. Idrove from there to Little Rock, Arkansas. Again,everywhere observing the corruption of thepeople, that none doeth good out there, deliveringall these places over to the judgments of God bythe authority of the Priesthood.

But in particular, I walked around the capitolbuildings of Missouri, Illinois, New York, andthen Ohio, and performed that work. That inaddition to what the Lord had me do a year ago,where He had me go to Salt Lake City, to Phoenix,to Washington D.C. and to Sacramento, California-- all sides of the land -- and then Kansas City,Independence. We went and did that work lastyear and now the Lord has had me continue thatwork on this mission.

showed me that I must go back to Short Creek. Wedrove all day and I stayed at Albuquerque, NewMexico, and while there the Lord showed me whyI was going back to Short Creek, and that I was togo right into the community and stay at father'shouse and perform a special work there. That iswhat I am here to tell you brethren about. It hasmade my heart just yearn for our people.I reveal to you brethren that the Lord had be goto Short Creek and perform the same work, thatnow Short Creek has been delivered over to thejudgments of God by ordinance. The Lord had mestay the night and gather two groups of people,about twelve brethren in the morning and then agroup of nearly thirty people in the afternoon andgive them the training on the places of refuge.Then He had me travel with the Bishop, BrotherWilliam Edson Jessop, and his counselors, and we

went up and down nearly every road, observing thecommunity, and the Lord allowing me to feel thespirit among the people. He had me perform theordinance ofkicking the dust ofmy feet off againstthat place, and then return to the house and performthe ordinance of wahsing of feet as a testimonyagainst them, and then offering the prayer the Lordrequired.My yearnings unto the Lord that night I stayedthere -- I went through the heavenly session andthe Lord gave this revelation.I was bringing a copy to you brethren, I am justlooking for it. I would like you to read along withme. I will read it out loud, while you brethren readalong.

Revelation Given to President Warren S. JeffsAt His Home in Short CreekTuesday, June 15,20047:30 a.m.1. Verily thus saith the Lord unto you myservant, Warren JejJs, whom I have calledand chosen in these last days to gather mineelect unto the redemption ofZion:

2. 1, the Lord, have sent you to the ShortCreek Stake ofZion at this time, to bind upthe law and seal up the testimony against thehalf-hearted and the ungodly among thepeople who profess to know my name.

3. For there are many among them whodraw near to me with their lips, but theirhearts are far from me.

4. And my day of visitation and ofcleansing and of purging is now upon mypeople; and beginning at the house ofGod,my judgments shall roll forth and fill theearth.

5. Blessed art thou, my servant, for youhave been willing to atone for those who canqualify for the fullness of the redemption ofZion, and your heart is right before me.6. And I, the Lord, shallyet require of oua greater sacrifice and atonement to fulfillmy purposes in the fulness of he redemptionofZion.

7. 1, the Lord, have heard your prayers,and seen thy sacrifices in behalf of mypeople; and in the day of wrath I willremember mercy, and deliver mine elect, whohave purified their lives in me and dwell inmy holy love.8. Verily I say unto you, my servant, goforth now and perform the work ofgatheringthrough ordinances and trainings for the

obedient whom I have named.9. And by ordinance, and also the prayeroffaith in the exercise of he keys and powers

ofPriesthood, deliver the ungodly among mypeople over to the judgments of God, as awitness on the earth against all their wickeddoings; that 1, the Lord, may be justified topreserve the righteous by sending forth myjudgments upon this nation which is ripenedin iniquity, and upon all the ungodly amongyou.

10. My arm ofmercy has been stretchedout all the day long through my servantswhom I have sent; and the voice ofwarninghas been sounded to the nations, and to mycovenant people, through the mouths of heProphets and those who they have sent.

11. And I have led you, my servant, toperform the work of traveling among thisnation and peoples, and witnessing their darkand fallen state; having performed the workof binding up the law and sealing thetestimony against this wicked generation.

12. And you are now sent to perform thatwork where my Celestial law and my wordand will has been given in fulness, unto apeople who have covenanted to obey myword, and that I may fulfill my promises.13. The day of choosing is upon mypeople, and I am the judge ofall flesh, and I

15. And as they seek unto me in alldiligence, and in the fervency of he exerciseofmy holy love with rejoicing in me, so shall Ianswer their prayers and their faithfulnesswith the blessing o fdeliverance.

21. For my people can only know me, theLord their God, through the burning o f mySpirit in their minds and hearts.22. And they must be able to stand in thepresence ofmy glory to dwell in Zion.

23. And verily I say unto my people,prepare ye, prepare ye, for my day ofvisitation is upon you.

24. How oft would I have gatheredyou asa hen gathereth her chickens under her wingsto preserve andprotect you, and many wouldnot.

29. My peace be upon you my servant. Ilove you and am guiding you still, and will bewith you from on high as you perform thismission.

30. This is the word of your Lord andSavior, even Alpha and Omega, thebeginningand the end, the light and life of heworld; having all power to preserve theobedient, and to bring righteous judgmentupon the ungodly. Even so, amen.

Do you brethren receive this revelation?President Fredrick M Jessop: Yes, I sure do.President Wendell Nielsen: Yes, sir.Let the record show the quorum of the FirstPresidency receives this as applying to the Church

ofGod on the earth.All night that night I was yearning. When Iarrived, I gathered the family and spoke to themfrom 9:30 p.m. until 11 :00 o'clock p.m. deliveringa final warning, and I have that recording that I canlet you hear. Through the night I was yearningbecause I knew what this meant. The Lord had ledme through the nation for the last year and half toperform this work. And now, if you remember

Uncle Fred, as we established the missionarywork, I told you and your counselors this wasbinding up the law and sealing up the testimonyconcerning the people of the Priesthood. Thatwork has been done. My family rejoiced to see me.I hadn't been there for six months on that property,and they didn't understand why I was there, andthis is what I was yearning about. The Lord alsoshowed me I had to have my young children offof

that property, as some had returned to be with theirmothers.I say again, I traveled with the Bishop while heshowed me where everybody lived. I looked at thepeople, feeling their spirit. In Short Creek there issuch a laid back attitude, over the people generally.You would think with the Lord withdrawing the

First Presidency and stopping our meetings andour ordinance work the people would just befervently humble and repentant. But I will readthrough this with you brethren and let you hear theexact words I offered in prayer.Ordinance of the Washing of FeetAgainst the Ungodly in Short Creek

Short Creek, UtahTuesday, June 15, 20048:11 p.m.This is Tuesday, June 15, 2004. I amstanding in my office in Short Creek, the

north house, sent by the Lord to perform theordinance of he washing offeet against theungodly and halfhearted who will not repentamong this people. I have just driven throughmost of his community with the Bishop andhis counselors; and according to the Lord'scommand, I quietly kicked the dust offmy feetand performed the ordinance o f kicking thedust off my feet and testifying against theungodly and halfhearted who will not repentin this community. I seek the Lord's guidancein this effort.Just know it, the heavens are watching.

I then took offmy shoes, with my suit on, andtook pure water and washed my feet. As I washedmy feet with water, these were the words Ipronounced.

Prayer Offered While Washing FeetIn the authority of the holy MelchizedekPriesthood and the keys andpowers thereof, Iperform the ordinance ofwashing my feet inpure water as a witness and testimonyagainst the ungodly and halfhearted in thecommunity in the Short Creek Stake ofZionwho will not repent and who will yet proveenemies to the work ofGod because of heirpersecutions against the faithful. I do thisaccording to the commandment ofGod andask the Lord to ratify the same in the heavens,again as a witness against all those who fightagainst the work ofGod and the Priesthoodand who will yet fight against the work ofGod and the Priesthood. I do this that the

faithfUl will be preserved and protected, bythe authority of the Priesthood, and in thename ofJesus Christ, amen.After I performed this ordinance, still with myfeet uncovered, but in my Priesthood clothes, Iheld both arms to the square and offered thisprayer.

Dedication Prayer Afte r Washing Feeto God the Eternal Father, thy servant,bearing the holy Melchizedek Priesthood,comes before you in the attitude ofa prayer,arms to the square, having performed theordinance of the washing of feet as atestimony against the ungodly among yourPriesthood people and in this community ofShort Creek. And as you have sent thyservant here to perform this work and towitness thy people and the spirit here, andremembering your promise that there will bea people come forth from among yourPriesthood people to redeem Zion, and youare now performing that great gathering, andas we are now facing the great day ofjudgment, and the judgments ofGod are uponyour Priesthood people and the halfheartedcontinue among your people, we now presentbefore you the condition of thy people,yearning for the faithful, forgiving all menand women, leavingjudgment to you, Father.

We remember that a year ago last MarchYOU revealed your mind and will to establishthe missionary work for the purpose ofbinding up the law and sealing up thetestimony against the ungodly among yourpeople. And that work has now beenperformed through each Bishop and theircounselors and those Priests and Teachers ofthe Aaronic Priesthood that have been sentforth, and a record has been kept. Andbehold your people draw near to you withtheir lips and say they are with yourPriesthood and with thee, and yet yourjudgment has had to be sent forth; and thispeople will not prepare, as a people. And tofulfill your purposes, thy servant stands as awitness against the ungodly and halfheartedwho will not repent, knowing they have hadPriesthood and the Prophets and thetrainings and the gift of he Holy Ghost andevery gift needed to make the finalpreparation for Zion, and they would not.And knowing that you must purge yourpeople of all ungodliness, and having

He had appointedmany marriages to be performed before I left, butHe told me right then, as I finished this, that theenemy knew I was in that place and that I had toleave quickly. So within a short time, I was on myway, in the darkness.

I had arranged for the brethren that assist me toleave at 3:00 a.m. in the morning with my youngchildren that were in Short Creek. I myself hadalready had a backup plan, where I reserved amotel in a neighboring town in Arizona. I drovethere immediately and experienced the sessionthere that night. The drivers with my family wereahead ofme. The mothers to these children werenot named by the Lord to go. So these youngchildren went with other ladies that were named. Ihad Isaac Jeffs drive a motor home with someladies and these young children to R17, and I wastold to go to R17 in Texas.

I stayed the night in Albuquerque, NewMexico, while the others arrived earlier. And thenext day, as the Lord directed, I had to rent carswith Texas license plates and then drive in to R17.This was last Thursday night. Through Thursdaynight and all day Friday and into Saturday, theLord had me in hand and this work continued.Upon my arrival, and in the heavenly sessionthe Lord showed me His judgment upon the peopleon that land of refuge, and He took all my family

through a test on Friday -- who of them wasprepared for the presence of God in my presenceand who could receive the ordinance of having thelove of God sealed upon their mind and heart as adaily increase? Two ladies received thatordinance. The Lord had me bring into my room,while I was in the heavenly session with theheavenly powers there, several ladies, one at atime. could gather from among the whole people on thatland of refuge was one lady, with my scribe,Naomie, and the three of us experiencedmarvelous things and the witness of the presenceof God. So Sunday at meeting, which you havenow heard, the Lord had me declare to my familyand to the people that the Lord has judged thepeople on this land also and there is hardly oneamong you ready for the presence of God and thefulness ofZion.

So the Lord had me go to Texas to discern thepeople there and there were hardly any peopleprepared, and He had me declare to them that Hewill now allow greater experiences and trials tocome upon them to bring them to a greaterfervency of faith.

The Lord would not allow me to meet with youbrethren yesterday, as you will see, that upon myarrival here, He had me in session. And moreespecially last night, the Lord was near and had mein session. And even the ladies who hadexperienced marvelous things with me and knewof the presence of God and the all-consuming fireof heaven, they were allowed to sit in front of melast night for an hour and a half while I wasexperiencing the heavenly connection. The Lordshowed me last night that even the people on thisland are not fully prepared, and He showed me1arb),; that elTen those lArha are favored to know Ofthe presence of God and the all-consuming fire ofheaven as they sat there with me, the Lord had mespeak to them where I told them, "You ladies mustrealize the Lord is judging you right now. Aresome of you holding back this work?" I askedthem that, and I explained to them His judgmentthat they were yearning for what they wanted.They wanted to see father, or they wanted to seethis manifestation or that manifestation; andthough they knew of the heavenly powers wedidn't have a oneness, and the Lord showed methat the people on this land, including my family,we have fervent yearnings for Zion, but we have ascattered faith where we are asking the Lord togive us what we want, as far as a testimony.

I had to send them out togo prepare further. The Lord has appointed myscribe, Naomie, to be a witness and she haswitnessed great things that she is not allowed totalk about, but she remained. I am just voicing to you that not only did theLord send me as a witness throughout this nation,but among all His people. He also had me bring aman from R23 and give a report yesterday, RichAllred, and they still are not through with the workthe Lord has directed them to do. So what the Lordwants the people on this land to do is to join in ameeting today and be trained in how to moreperfectly exert a oneness of faith and not have ascattered faith. And then I am to go perform moretraining and ordinances tomorrow and Friday, andthen I will be back here. Hopefully we will bemore prepared that this weekend, through a ferventoneness of faith, we will have greater knowledgeand blessings and experiences than ever before.

The Lord is calling upon us to go on a three dayfast, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for Him, theLord, to strengthen me and the First Presidency inthis mission in reaching unto the Lord for greaterknowledge and blessings for the fulness of Zion.The Lord is pleased with you two brethren, and Ilove and appreciate you beyond words to express.But as long as these people are connected with us,they tie us down until they come up to that onenessof faith. And so may our families be moreprepared. The Lord has judged this whole peopleand there is hardly one person among us ready forthe fulness of Zion right now. He wants thisquorum of the First Presidency to move forward.

I also reveal to you brethren the Lord has shownme that He is withdrawing His Spirit from thesaints in Short Creek, from the halfhearted. Thereis a great conspiracy taking place there. I nameone report to you. While I was in Short Creek Itold the Bishop, William Edson Jessop, that after Ileft to handle Albert Council, that he does not holdPriesthood. His ladies had inquired and the Lordrevealed to me he must leave and repent from adistance. Also I called Sam Barlow to handleNephi Draper, that he doesn't hold Priesthood andSam Barlow to gather up his daughter into hisfamily. But on my return here from R17, I had thereport that Albert Council had reacted wrong atfirst. He joined with Richard Holm, SpencerJohnson's sons that are against us, that are withWinston, and with Tracy Barlow, for one day,demanding to hold on to his house. But the nextday, his heart was softened; and instead ofwritinga letter, gave two tape recordings of confessions.

And Albert Council in one recording gave thisreport to me, that I had LeRoy listen to and help meunderstand. That these men -- Richard Holm andTracy Barlow -- these men had said to him thatDan Fischer, Shem Fischer had got Don Fischerand Walter Fischer, two younger brothers, toaccuse me and bring me to court for molestingthem, as though I had done this. They are willingto falsely testify in court and that Dan Fischer isdetermined to overthrow and destroy me.

But in that conversation, Albert Councilrevealed that these men told him that some of hemand the federal government had joined in hiringspecial investigators to follow me and search forme. Now that is their words. The Lord has told methese are hired assassins searching for myself andfor you. The evil powers and these apostates thinkthat if they can kill us the work of God will stop.They are filled with hate. The Lord showed methey have their meetings right there in Short Creek,this conspiracy. There are men who still claim touphold us that are working against us.

I present to you here what the Lord showed methis morning two names -- that the Priesthood ofTruman Barlow and ofBill Shapely is in question,and there are others in question. The Lord alsoshowed me two days ago that Dan Barlow hasturned so bitter he is turning his other brothersagainst me, and if these men are not careful theywill become open enemies and innocent blood willbe upon them.The Lord has shown me some of the conditionsour people will go through, that there will be menstill claiming to hold Priesthood that will rise up,and even with the young girls there in town, will

You heard me say in my trainings to them,"Why are you not with me yet? It is because youchoose to not be with me, because you won't fullyprepare."4. Draw close to my servant and dwell inmy holy love, for your time is short. And Ihave offered you a place in my Kingdom inZion, even to dwell with me and my servants.

Live and abide in my holy laws, throughprayer and rejoicing, and you shall know me.5. Can you hear my word and treat itlightly? Or will you humble yourselves and

And then came the revelations on worthinessand the places ofrefuge. And look at it, brethren, ayear ago March was the missionary work. By Junethe Lord revealed that we would be scattered. ByJuly these places of refuge were being found. Andthen the correction came on the idolatry among us.Our meetings were stopped the first part ofAugustand ever since August, this work has beenhastening. You brethren came here the end ofDecember. Now you have been here six months.December 1 t is when we went to R17 to first settlepeople there. So in six and a half months all thisdevelopment has taken place, people gathered,trained in the New Zion's Camp. This work isgoing apace. And you can see the Lord meansbusiness now and we cannot look back.

I accept Brother Warren asour Heavenly Father's holy Prophet on whomFather has laid much responsibility. The truths ofthe Gospel have sounded music to my ears. Ienjoyed hearing the stories when I was a child,learning to pray. Sorry to say as I grew older andgot mixed up with other people not of he family, Ifell into errors anddidwhat I shouldn't have done.So I confess my sins andweaknesses. When I cameto my senses after hearing about the truePriesthood not contained in the Church, I settleddown and sought diligently the Spirit ofrepentance. It hasbeen pleasure to me to go and assist the first workassignment that was under Uncle John. I foundhim a sweet individual. The things he confided tome was music to me. It was the glories of theGospel. I would recommend that we takeourselves into training, receive what the Prophettrains us, what the Prophets have trained us, what

the books have said, and I recommend we love it,we cherish the truths of the ProphetJoseph's??23:41????, of the Savior's sweet andsimple teachings, and all the other Prophets underwhom I have served willingly - I can't say howefficiently, but I loved it. I recommend that we lovethe word ofGod, that we study it, we take it uponourselves into our lives. And now after all thistime, your time and my time, apply it diligently andfervently to love the truth and practice the truth. Do you remember last week, in our class wedecided that {ip.?JUncle Warren could come backand teach us, that we would all sit'up in our chairs,we would all stay awake, he would see a smile onour faces, and we would be ready to listen.Remember when we did that?

Response: Yes.Let us show Uncle Warren today and showHeavenly Father that according to our faith soshall it be. us not forget that Uncle Warren has told us thatGod and all the holy angels and the Prophets havetheir eye on this place of refuge at this moment,and the things that we need to accomplish, thisgreat offered blessing, it appears to me, needs tobe accomplished first. We don't want the otherplaces of refuge to build up and be strengthenedand have to wait for us to accomplish ourpurposes.

So let us all take heed today. Another step fromthe Lord will be given to us. Ask the Lord to help usunderstand what that step is and how we can takethat step. And let us, all ofus together, take a step.Ifwe don't understand the step, how do we take thestep? But I rather think it will be so clear and sosimple and plain, that as we receive it, let usconsider, as we hear it today, let us consider in ourindividual lives, it is done, that when a step is givento us to take that brings us closer to our HeavenlyFather, how could we do anything but rejoice?

So let us sit here rejoicing, yearning toHeavenly Father that He will give us the next stepthat He wants us to take through our holy Prophet.May He bless us here with an abundance ofHisHoly Spirit. Summary of the Lesson: We Are notSucceeding Because of Our ScatteredFaith; Fine-Tuned Training on theExertion of Oneness; How to StayFocused on God and PriesthoodDear brothers and sisters, this is truly aheaven-blessed people, though few in number, and

oh, how I have been yearning for us to beacceptable unto God. With that yearning guided byonly desiring His will, I say to you I am here to dothe will ofmy father, and thus Heavenly Father andgo Their pace. I seek Heavenly Father's Spirit togive me words that His Spirit will accompany andcarry into our minds and hearts, for we are on theLord's mission, and every one of you is called ofGod.

Truly our love for Heavenly Father expands asHe favors us to see as He sees, and you must reachto feel and think as He feels and thinks. So it willbe by the gift of revelation flowing throughPriesthood to you through your reaching for theincrease. An open mind and heart is that which isreaching, already believing. The pride we mustbeware of is to think we have done okay and thatwe can stop reaching. So I ask us, have we fulfilledthis mission yet in fulness? Have we come to theordinances of the temple? Have we individuallyfelt that preparation we must have, the knowledgeof the all-consuming fire from heaven? And havewe come into the presence ofGod?

The Lord has shown me that this group ofpeople has great faith. I was at another land ofrefuge, and the day before I came here the Lordtold me I would be going back toward Short Creekto perform more trainings and ordinances near thatplace. But by the morning I was to leave, the Lordtold me and even allowed me to feel that there wasgreat faith at this land of refuge. The Lord sent mehere and it is your faith that had influence with theLord that brought me here. The Lord had apurpose in me coming here first.

So often we don't see the offered blessings andwhat great weight our personal faithfulness wouldhave in the Lord blessing others. In the days oftheSavior, when He delivered the Celestial Law to thepeople of Israel in Old Jerusalem, He declared tothe Jews back then that "Upon you may come allthe blood of all the martyred Prophets and saintsfrom righteous Abel to Zacharias," father of Johnthe Baptist whom the soldiers slew in the temple.And why? It was because if they proved faithful,talking of the Jews in Jesus' day, they could havebecome instruments through which blessingswould have been given to all the present-day saintsin their time and the ancient saints, or peoples inthe spirit world who could have had their workdone by proxy in the temples. And the Savior left acurse of udgment upon the Jews that was actuallyfulfilled around thirty-five years after He wascrucified. But before the Jews were all driven andkilled, the Prophets left them without excuse,taught them, and as a nation the Jews rejected theGospel of Jesus Christ. Then they were told, theProphets were told, to tum to the gentiles. TheGospel continued with the gentiles in the days of

Peter until the days of John Woolley, when the keywas turned again in favor of Israel, after theMormon Church had rejected the Celestial Law byreceiving the Manifesto. And though at times thework ofGod has been just a very few people on theearth, the Lord has continued His work, and He is aGod of truth and His purposes and promises shallbe fulfilled.

Each one of you has been named by the Lordpersonally, through revelation to Priesthood, thatyou should come here. Even the little childrenhave been named. And we must awaken and seethat through individual preparation beingcompleted, a oneness must grow here that the Lordwill honor. These words of Heber C. Kimballcame to mind as he described how the peopleconnected with the First Presidency affect how farthe First Presidency can go, as long as the peoplestay connected.

I review with this group of people the word ofthe Lord given to the First Presidency and ourfamilies living on this land of refuge that we callRI. This was just a few days after Uncle Fredarrived to this land and a few days before UncleWendell arrived.

The Lord wants to use a quorum of Priesthoodthat is one, and He hasn't sent us here alone. This is the first message you mustbe awakened to, that no one will be carried in theirfaith to the fulness of Zion. Every person mustreach for the increased gift of faith, and you reachfor it by asking for an increase of the Spirit ofGodas the power through which you think and feel anddesire and do and speak.

13. I have gathered you, the FirstPresidency of my church, to this place ofrefuge for a wise purpose in me, and that youmay unite as one through constant prayerand rejoicing; that through your faith, thepowers and gifts and revelations ofmy will to

I know we heard thIS, but don't always absorbthe understanding at first. On January 17, the Lordexplained what it means, this fulness of theredemption of Zion.Revelation Given to President Warren S. So the Lord has given this quorum of the FirstPresidency the mission to earn the knowledge andblessings and ordinances that will empower us tocome into the personal presence of God in Hisglory, and you are here with us, and we can onlyrise if all ofyou rise. And when you are slow andlight-minded and don't come to oneness required,you are not just affecting you. You are affectingthe entire work of God. And the Lord wants us to

go forward from here to the other lands ofrefuge toperform a similar work.The Lord said it again. Why the daily trainings?
