Prayero God, the Eternal Father, we come before you

as a family in the attitude of a rededication prayeras the enemy is upon us and seeks our destructionin this place, and as you have sent thy servant hereto perform a work, we first thank you for our safetravels. We thank you for preserving this land andthese families here and preserving your purposesin the redemption of Zion. We thank you for theworkers. We thank you for sending every way andmeans to accomplish this mission. We askforgiveness for our many sins and weaknesses,where we have been slow. You have humbled thisfamuy and you have corrected as and we chanxyou, Father, that you love us so much to work withus still. We bow before you as one, yearning forZion to be established in our hearts, in this home,and on this land. And we know that you are Zionand we seek your presence among us and yourpowers among us and in us.

And as the evil powers are pressing upon us thisday, in the authority of the holy Priesthood werededicate this home and family, these homes andthis land of refuge unto thee and thy protectingcare this day, and in the name of Jesus Christ werebuke satan and his powers and command them tostand afar off, and ask you to uphold the same inthe heavens, Father, and send forth your heavenlyagents and your Spirit wherever the enemy isattacking, and keep the evil powers back. Give thispeople on this land of refuge time and room andexperience to earn the faith of the brother of Jaredand establish Zion in our hearts and in our homes.

Be with all the families that dwell here and thatwill yet come here, and bring forth your Zion infulness. Hold not back the blessings from thisland, but send forth every gift and blessing neededto establish a people as a stronghold for theredemption ofZion.The enemy is combined against us everywhere,

Father, and only you are our Protector. Wededicate ourselves and this day, our thoughts,feelings, desires and actions unto thee to be led byrevelation unto perfect obedience with rejoicing.Fill these children with the Spirit of Zion. Fillthese ladies with the Spirit of their calling. Maythey learn of the all-consuming heavenly fire.Now bring forth a people who can earn theknowledge ofGod and the presence ofGod in yourtime. We offer this dedication prayer to renew andenhance and exert the previous dedications, askingyou to ratify the same in the heavens. Keep backthe evil powers and send forth your blessings inevery way to redeem Zion on this land and in thesepeoples here.

We thank you for the food we will eat today andask your blessings upon it. And as we meet forGood Words and to learn of you and your ways,may your Spirit rest upon us as we are yearning foryour message and your truth, where to do betterand how to be Zion. We love you, HeavenlyFather . We w ~ n t to rejoice in you all day long anddwell In the Increase of your Spirit and yourheavenly joy. May this prayer be felt by everyonehere as you answer this prayer, and send forth yourSpirit upon us and to keep back the evil powers.We dedicate the scattered family wherever theyare, in Short Creek an on the lands of refuge. Said Uncle Roy.I have had my eyes shut quite a bit, but Idon 't think there was very much escaped mymind that was important for us to do. Wehave been told over and over again the samethings that we have heard today. I trust thatthe Lord will supply me with words again,that I might say something to encourage us to

keep on striving.We are not wanting for something to do;

for the Lord gave us a big job - most of us.But there are a few things that we must dobefore we can progress as we should. Thesetwo great commandments that the Saviorspeaks about arise in my mind everyday.What are the first two great commandments?[Repeated together with children:]

"Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, might,mind, and strength, and to love thy neighbor asthyself." See, you know it. So right off, Uncle Royis talking about Zion. The first two greatcommandments lived is Zion.

When I see people walking to and fro inthe earth, traveling, my mind begins to turnaround, and I can't help but think: Do wereally know what is meant by loving theLord? We all say we love Him. The Saviorsaid, "He that saith he loveth me and keepethnot my commandments is a liar and the truthis not in him." I am wondering if thatstatement is not one of he stumbling blocksofour advancement.

Where we fall short.Ifwe really love the Lord, we will keep Hiscommandments.

We will obey.When we go into our neighbor'shabitation,Or house,

. .we won'twant to take out that which wesee our neighbor has, because this is one ofthe traits of he adversary -The devil.

... to divert the minds of the people fromthe right way.You don't take thmgs that aren't yours. Youdon't even touch things that aren't yours unlessyou have permission. Remember that. Cleanhands means honest hands. You don't touch thingsthat aren't yours. Even a brother's things in hisdrawer, you don't open his drawer and take it, or asister's things, or a sister wife's things. You ask.You don't just take. And in the kitchen, you don'tjust take things. You ask.

When we are spoken to by someonepassing by, we won't take offense by theremark they make to us, but we will quietdown the feeling that arises in us to speakquickly back to them. It might hurt theirfeelings trying to satisfY the remark that wasmade. These are only little things, it lookslike, but they are also big things.In Heavenly Father's eyes.

that which doesn't belong to themJor here iswhere the trouble begins. If we are notcareful, we teach little children to do thingswhen they are small, and we encourage theirbad habits. We think they are cute, so wesmile at it, speak about it, and so forth. Butwhen the child grows up, ifit is not curbed, hewill continue to do the same thing. It growson him.So when you show approval for a wild act or anaughty thing and just smile and say, "That iscute," you have just taught a child to bedisobedient and do evil. So you must realize youare working with grownups, in reality. The littlethings you do now is what they will be like whenthey are grown up. So you talk to them normal.You talk simple to their understanding. But I lookupon all of you, no matter how old you are, I lookupon you as eternal beings, with an eye ofeternity.

Every counsel, every training, every connection isto set you the example and give you the trainingunto eternal life, not just temporary feelings. Soapproach me and the Lord with a prayer, wantingto see as God sees. Realize in working with thesechildren, even at this age, you are affecting theireternity.The Lord has said that little children areborn into the world with enough knowledge

ofgood and evil to know the difference, butwe must continue to teach them that way.They have enough of the Spirit of God to betaught. They can understand and feel truth. Ifchildren are not taught, then they easily lean thewrong way, being born naturally selfish. So wemust convert them away from selfishness byteaching them to love to bless others, to do hardwork with rejoicing, always praying to HeavenlyFather.

We should teach little children to leavethat alone that doesn't belong to them. Whenthe child is playing with a toyAre you listening?

... and another child comes up and takes itaway from him, makes him cry, right then iswhen you should sit down and teach the littlechild that he shouldplay with his own toy andnot take that which belongs to the other one,or do something to quiet his mind in doingthat which is not right. I believe that is one ofthe big troubles in our community. I heard

Brother Hammon speak pretty harsh towardsus for some children bringing into the yardsomething that didn't belong to them. Butfew of us have really taken notice of whatBrother Hammon said in that regard.If a child has anything and you don't knowwhere it came from, take care of it right then.

We have some in our midst who are tryingto keep the commandments ofGod. They aretrying to apply to their lives the principle ofrepentance, overcoming these obstacles thatcome up in our way.As far as repentance is concerned, changing forthe better, all repentance is living the first two greacommandments. Stop moping around, feelingbad, dwelling on the wrong. Pick yourselves up.Lift yourselves up to the first two greacommandments. Just go do better and you wil

repent. Once we hurdle a problem, the next oneisn't so hard to hurdle.One repentance encourages you that the Spiri

of God is working with you and that you can goforward and do better and better. You haveovercome bad habits before. Now be encouraged.So, it is a continual job to strive toovercome weaknesses and imperfections inour lives as we go down the road.We have been rough' and re-taught The

Gospel of Jesus Christ has been the samethroughout the generations of ime. Men areborn and live to old age, and they are goodconscientious Church goers; they go toChurch every day, but they don't seem tomake much progress in their habits, in theirway of iving. So we haven't done the thingsthat the Lord has asked us to do. He hasasked us to become united. We are all unitedin going about from one place to another. Weall get a good job, and we are united in thefact that we get up in the morning and go towork. Most ofus come home at night, do ourwork and go to bed. We have some that gohere and there after their job is over, and youhardly ever see them until the next morning ifyou are on the road to watch them go to workagain. They come in in the wee hours of henight. The Lord says, "Early to bed and earlyto rise. "

Go to bed early and get up early. So I woke youup early.It is what we need. Another time He

give the devil a chance to occupypart of ourtime, your mind. If we have a moment tospare and nothing to do, let us see to it thatwe don't entertain false and delusive spiritswhispering things to us that we hadn't oughtto do. Let us find something to do that willelevate our thinking and elevate

Or lift up,...our ambitions to do what we alreadyknow we should do in order to round out oursalvation.

And the elevation prayer, the lifting up prayer,above temptation, above bad feelings, above evil isa prayer of rejoicing in your Heavenly Father,thinking of Him, living to please Him.We don't have to get down on our kneesand ask the Lord what we shall do,

...but we do need to get down on our kneesand ask the Lord to help us to do the thingsthat He has asked us to do. He has asked usto overcome all evil within us. Let us quitthinking bad thoughts about our neighbors,about anyone in our community. Ifwe don'thave a good thought to express aboutsomeone, let us not express any thoughts.

Ifyou even think bad about bad people, you arebad. Even ifthere is wicked people, we still tum toHeavenly Father and we say we forgive thosepeople. Thinking of Heavenly Father is how youcome away from all bad thinking.

The Lord is kind to us, and He is willing toshower down His blessings upon us, as soonas we will give Him an opportunity to blessus. One of he things that causes me to thinkthat some among us - or most of us - aretrying to do something about our salvation, is

the fact that we gather here and ill this roomevery Sunday, every time that we are calledtogether. If we are called together for afuneral, or a meeting of any kind, that wemight be educated for some reason oranother, we fil l the building. Most of us areyoung or middle-aged. We have a few thatare beginning to get a little older now - pasttheir sixties, but even those that are pastsixty, are still striving to get over the littlethings they did while they were growing up inchildhood.

Ifwe just stop and look back enough overour lives andsee how much progress we havemade in the last forty or fifty years, orwhatever it is, as long as we can remember,we ought to be saints. We ought to be able tosay to the Lord, "I f t be thy will, send us alittle rain, " and we would get it; or, "If t bethy will, heal our sick, " and they would behealed immediately. This can be done ifwehave faith enough.

Another word for faith is "obedience enough".We have heard some incidents of aithexplained to us today. So, let us not let loose

of the thread of inspiration that has beengiven us, and see ifwe can build upon it. Letus see i fa year from now,Now a week is worth a year to us - a week fromnow:

We wouldn't have to do over again todaywhat we did yesterday, ifwe would learn thelesson. If we go to school, and we have aproblem given to us, we go home and work itout. We come back and recite the problem.Soon after that, we lose track of he problem.In another week, we would have to get theproblem and work it out again in order toproperly put it before the teacher.

I once heard J Reuben Clark, one timeambassador to South America for the UnitedStates, speak in Cedar City at commencementexercises of he school. He said that he hadspent halfhis life learning, and now hefoundthat he had to spend the rest of his lifeun-learning what he didn't need. And that is

We spend partof our life seeking for the pleasures of thisworld, thinking that after awhile - after wehave had a good time - we will settle downand do the things the Lord has asked us to do,and we will prepare ourselves. But we getlazy; our minds get lazy; our thinking getslazy; our habits get lazy; and we forget to dothe things that the Lord has told us to do."Seekyefirst the Kingdom ofHeaven andits righteousness, and all these other thingswill be added to it." My last dictation was last Saturday afternoon at2:00 o'clock p.m. I am now at R17 doing thisdictation. I spent the afternoon reading through thetranscribed sermons that I needed to have passedout, sermons given at Rl and the places of refuge,to continue that work of having the people rereadand study the trainings they are given so theywon't forget what they are taught.

I read through my mail. I held a night classfrom 7:15 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday night, a strongraining on prayer, review for most. I yearned forhe young girls to be awakened on how to prayalways.After prayer and goodnights I retired to myroom as was into the heavenly session. I felt theweight ofwhat the Lord wanted done by that night,idnight of May 1st, both at R23 and R17, andduring the heavenly session through the night, theLord showed me I must give a correction to themen at R23. Correction, that was Friday night.

My concern was everybody. I had sent IsaacJeffs to drive the motor home to R17, and heremained there a few days, waiting myinstructions. So Saturday night, I had called Isaacto take Jenny and her two little ones, Shem andMelissa, also take Amber and Jacob back toBarbara at Short Creek, Esther was sent back. Adawas sent back. And Jessica was sent back.In working this out, I called my daughterLenora, as the Lord had shown me in a dream thatshe was having moral challenges. I went down thelist of every person's name at R17 and asked theLord what their status was before Him and justthose four ladies were named and the children Inamed -- nine people, four ladies, five children.Who is my fifth? Oh, little Patricia was sent backto be with her mother, Gloria, at Short Creek. So Iwas awakened to see the Lord is even naming my

children in this pruning.I told Isaac to leave as soon as he could. In mycall to R17 after they left, the report was there weremany tears, much soberness and humbling amongthe family. Even the young children cried, seeingsome of their brothers and sisters were going. Ithank the Lord that He reveals what to do to cleanup the lands of refuge.I went through the heavenly session throughSaturday night. The Lord kept me from the family

Testimonies were given,the previous night's recording on the lesson ofprayer was replayed. I got ready, got up so I couldgo forward with the meeting in the afternoon, andat 11 :30 a.m. I called R17, which was 12:30 p.m.their time and gave a strong warning and training,that the Lord allowed me to carry this family thusfar, but there is soon a day coming where onlythose prepared would be used. They were given atraining on oneness. That should be in the record.

Marriages were revealed through the night.Names of men who would be trained were alsorevealed, and I was instructed to hold a meetingand then leave right after the meeting and go takecare of those marriages. It is marvelous how theLord is showing me where to go and what to do,who to bless, even naming the times of day I

should go and do things. I thank the Lord for Hisguidance through His Spirit and through father andthose the Lord sends.We held an afternoon meeting, starting tenminutes late because the message didn't get to theother brethren at Rl. There were the threespeakers. I had intended on calling on some ofthe

ladies to bear testimony, but it was not yet time.They are still not ready for the strongertestimonies. Uncle Wendell talked and Uncle Fredtalked, and the meeting has been transcribedalready. I read it through yesterday. I talked,intending to talk about the government ofGod andthe redemption ofZion. Instead the Lord, throughHis Spirit, directed me to talk on the details of thelove of God or charity, reading Moroni chapter 7completely through. That training is in the record.I told the brethren I would be going again

among the wicked and desired their prayers. I gotready and I had Seth Jeffs and Ben Johnson,Kendall's son leave Short Creek by noon and theyarrived around 5:00 p.m. at Rl, ready to drive meon my next mission. This was the first timeNaomie wore the disguise clothes, another eventthat has greatly weighed on me, but the Lord'sSpirit keeps pressing me to make sure that she andI are disguised when we are among the gentiles.Among our people she wears a dress over thosegeutjle clothes nutjl she gets jn the ca r I justdepend on the Lord to blind the eyes of everyone tonot recognize us, and we have been doing someeffort of shopping for clothes that will keep uscovered. The Lord has warned me to do my part inbeing careful, as there are people seeking to killme.

We left at 6:30 p.m. Sunday and drove toFlagstaff, Arizona. Before we left Rl, I called allthe parties involved in the weddings and thebrethren that would drive these people to meet me.I had the Bishop and his two counselors bringcertain ladies. I arrived at 10:40 p.m. in Flagstaff,and while I prepared and got my suit on, I sent BenJohnson and Seth Jeffs to find a different motel androoms where the weddings could be performed.They finally took me there by midnight. I leftNaomie back at the first motel, after dedicating theroom and feeling impressed she would be safe.

I had these drivers, namely David Allred, hisbrothers Seth Allred, Guy Allred, and RobertAllred and also Isaac Jeffs, the Bishop and his twocounselors, Nathan Jessop and Lyle Jeffs drivepeople to Flagstaff and wait in the parking lot untithe weddings were done; and then I appointedwhich driver would return those couples back toShort Creek. It is a four and a halfhour drive fromShort Creek to Flagstaff.We finally began the ordinances toward 1 00o'clock, in the fourth floor of the Holiday Inn atFlagstaff, Arizona. There was first married DavidRichard Allred and he was married to Jim Allred'sstepdaughter, Maleta Wayman Allred, thedaughter of my sister Marsha. That wedding wasinteresting. Maleta has had a lot of struggles. Shehas not been obedient, yet the Lord favored her.The witnesses were Richard Allred Sr., the father

of David, and Jim Allred, along with the Bishop,and Benjamin Johnson was a witness on some othese weddings. Then Richard Allred receivedJanice Smith, the former wife ofJoseph I. Barlow.I would send each couple home after the weddingswere completed. Guy [Draper] Steed and MarthaAlice Emack; then Willard Marion Barlowreceived Beverly Jo Bistline, the former wife oJoseph Fischer. Then James Rulon Allredreceived Ovella Fern Beagley, the former wife oJames S. Dockstader. Then Stephen Parley HarkerreceIved Loana SIlvester Broadoent, fOr dme only,the former wife ofLouis Barlow for time only.

On these ladies that were released fromunworthy men, I performed the outward ceremonyof a release in the authority of the Priesthood togive the ladies peace of mind. So there were sixladies who were released from unworthy men. Igave them an official release and then a sealing,each one, to their new husband so that none ofthem would look back and think there was some tieto their former husband.Then Stephen Parley Harker received VioletJessop, former wife of James S. Dockstader fortime and eternity, after I first gave Violet a release.The Bishop was witness, sometimes onecounselor, sometimes both. [An accurate list isgiven on May 3, 2004}. The last sealing wasDonald Ward Richter received Abbey KayWightman for time and eternity. She is a formerwife ofLouis Barlow.

The Bishop and his counselors left by 2:40 a.m.We rearranged the rooms, having to take somechairs out of other rooms. I rent several rooms sothat we can put the different people as waitingrooms to come into the room I am staying toerform the marriages. After the marriages weredone we left quickly and traveled back to the firstmotel and I didn't retire until after 4:00 a.m.I experienced the heavenly session until 7:00a.m. Monday morning the Lord showed me whereto go. I was to go back to Page, Arizona, findmotel rooms and give the training to threebrethren. We finally left by 11 :30 a.m. I hadcalled Isaac in Short Creek to gather up three men,and we arrived close to the same time to Page,Arizona. I had Isaac get them some food at a takeout place while we organized.We were blessed to find a good room to meet,

From 3:00 o'clock p.m. until 6:000 'clock p.m. I gave a strong training on the placesof refuge and the redemption of Zion to SamuelStevens Barlow, Rulon Johnson, and Sidneyarlow, former son of Louis Barlow. Afterwards, I met with Sam Barlow from 6:30questions. In the meeting, he gave memany long explanations of how the governmentofficials are coming to him and what was said indetail, how at this point, Mark Shurtliff, RonBarton, the investigator, Paul Graff, theAttorney-General representative in southern Utah,Kirk Smith the sheriff in Washington county, all ofthem are saying how bad they feel about attackingour people. All of them are apologizing to us forwhat they have done. And while I traveled back toRI the strong impression came that they are notsorry one mmute, and when the devIl startsapologizing for attacking us he is getting ready toattack us harder; and in connection with thedreams the Lord has been giving me lately,warning me of a greater persecution and shakingthan ever before, I was impressed to call SamBarlow and warn him, and I voiced to Sam Barlow,"Don't believe these government officials. Thereality is when the devil starts apologizing forattacking us, he is just maneuvering to attack usharder and we need to be more careful, morefervent in faith, watch more carefully." And hereceived that message.

I also explained to those in the car where theseBarlow men and others who have been handled, ofthe Lord, have not repented, that when a man losesPriesthood, he can't even be classed a halfheartedman. I went through the heavenly session throughMonday night into Tuesday. I was shown that Ishould go to R 17, leaving around 11: 00 a.m. in themorning. I got ready. I called Ernest Jessop at R17and had him send two men with the two cars withTexas plates toward us while we drove towardthem. We stopped for two hours in Albuquerque,seeing Naomie needed a greater variety ofclothingthat covered her, but where she could mix inamong the gentiles and not be noticed. The peoplethat drive me keep telling me they notice usbecause they know who we are. Only the Lord canhide us, but we do our part.

As we met Joseph Steed and his son Moroni,who were also in their disguised clothes, with thesetwo new vehicles that David Allred had purchased,we switched vehicles and drove on and got about ahalf hour beyond that meeting point, and wediscovered Seth Jeffs had kept the keys to the carthat one of those other men would now drive. SoSeth went back. We kept going slowly. I asked theLord if! should keep going or wait for the lead car.I felt impressed we needed a lead car. So wetraveled slowly down to Lubbock, Texas. Sethwas catching up and the Lord taught me a lesson.

We were barely going over 65 and a policemanpulled us over. I yearned the Lord would preserveus. It was a gentle warning, because the policemanpulled us oyer Qujckly and Jet us Quickly, justgiving us a warning and didn't inquire who wewere. We couldn't find the vehicle registrationand that didn't mean anything to the policeman.We were just blessed. The Lord turned him rightaway, but taught me a lesson to have lead vehicle.So Seth caught up and I sent him ahead, keepinghim a mile ahead as I usually do. We made surethey had radio contact.

Many things were just not working out in ourtravels this time, as far as being prepared, but theLord made up the difference, for sure. We arrivedat R17 by 4:00 a.m. their time, 3:00 a.m. Rl time. Igreeted everybody. I have been up and doing allnight and now all morning. It is nearly noon0'clockhereatRI7, 11:000'clocka.m.Rl time. Igreeted everybody. I changed out of the gentileclothes into Priesthood attire, as did Naomie also.She has got real good at putting a dress on and offin the back seat of the car.

We started Good Words here at R17 with songand then I read a part of a sermon of Uncle Roygiving strong training. I had breakfast with thefamily. Then I had a haircut, as my hair cutter ismy wife Annette, staying here at R 17. I have beenreading the mail from R17, the ladies reports.There are some ladies here that are truly inspired.The Lord is favoring women and children withdreams of Zion, impressions of what to do. Thereare people coming up among my family who arelearning the Spirit of God. I failed to bring my suiand boots and shoes and ties, and I have sent BenJohnson to a neighboring town to get me a suit andsome boots. We ended up having some shoes hereat R17 incase I hold a meeting.

I am just yearning for Zion. The governmenhas been calling David Allred and Ernest Jessop ontheir phone message system, demanding to comesee if we have stopped mixing cement. I have toldthe brethren to finish the job today and do not stopand to be unavailable to the government officials.

At Good Words with the family I knelt downwith them, arm to the square, and rededicated thisplace as a place of refuge asking the Lord to keepback the evil powers and allow Zion to be built upon this land. Weare now going through the test ooneness. The men must be done with thefoundations by today. Ernest Jessop feels like theywill meet that time schedule. Youwere taken into session. I touched your feet andfelt the all-consuming fire, the power and majestyofGod that you carry with you. I felt the burningpeace and witness that the Lord was near andfather was here. It is such a sacred privilege to bein your presence at these times, such a privilege. Iknow the Lord is guiding you. Though it tears atmy heartstrings to see you suffer so, I know theLord is in it and you are willing to do whatever i ttakes because this mission and work must succeed.

You had me go get Lorraine because shewanted to talk to you. I went to get cleaned up. Icame back in after I was finished and was justleaning up against the wall. all of these men would gladly give their lives forthis cause." I hope I behaved myself.You always do. At 3:30 p.m. you said, "There isso much work to be done, so much work to be done,especially in the time frame that the Lord has given

just rush through me. I lookedat you. You were just shining with that heavenlyup. Ifelt so strong the Lord'ssence here. Father, I know he is here. As I

Everything has been very, very quiet,especially through that hour and a half time, justsuch a hushed feeling. Again I felt that rushingwind just rush through me. I could feel it on myface, I could hear it. As I looked up, you werelaying here on the bed in that position you woke upin. Your body started to jerk and jolt and twist.You said, "Thank you, thank you." You said, "Isee. It is amazing." You said again, "The templewill look like the Manti temple exactly from theoutside, only it will be white, not tan." You said"This temple will shine forth. The rock will beshiny as it is polished. It will be most beautiful tobehold because the glory of he Lord will be there,not because of he workmanship ofman. And wewill know it is only by the grace ofGod. We mustbe one. We must be one." You repeated it aboutfive times.

You said, "The Lord has a special training forthis group ofpeople, a training like they have notreceived before. Many of hem are reaching to beled. Many ofare striving to know still how to reachthat perfection." You said, "It is all through thelove of he Father exerted. "At 5:45 p.m. your body jolted and jerked andtwisted and trembled. You sighed ever so gently.You said, "Wow, wow. What am I being shown? Ihave got to stop these men who are still trying togive counsel when they have no authority. The

It is the Spirit of God that comforts, not justyour rubbing. Everybody just hold me gently, justhold gently. A heavenly joy and oneness is awitness of the Spirit giving heavenly strength,living in the approval of God and Priesthood.

Oneness flows. It doesn't just stand still and donothing.[Recording cuts in] ...has the Spirit of God, awife without that heavenly power within her is adistress when she touches me. The motive ofoneness is to be a strength and comfort. Themotive of selfishness that destroys oneness is justto get comfort and stop there. I seek the gifts andblessings ofGod to build up the Kingdom ofGod.I receive you as blessings and dedicate you dailyand continually to do the Lord's will, His purposesfulfilled in our union in His time and way.In receiving you as a gift and blessing I dedicateyou to Him. If you would consider your husbandon earth a blessing at all, you show your love forGod in connection with that blessing by reachingto be led in oneness, to be a strength. When youstop reaching to be led, you stop being a strength,

and then be directable through that power ofoneness. Through oneness is the channel open inyour heart ready to receive, and you can feel theflow of the all-consuming fire into you through theexertion of oneness to serve -- oneness throughservice. That is all I live to do. The devil wants usto serve him. Our exertion of humility to servemust be concentrated in God through Priesthood orwe will find ourselves serving the devil by notbeing focused.

In this day it is a matter of being focusedthrough the prayer of rejoicing through theexertion of service -- oneness. I have felt all you

ladies close. Ifyou want to see that you believe inmiracles, feel the miracle of your testimonyheaven-sent that keeps you here, that keeps youyearning for the presence and approval of Godthrough Priesthood. You live in constant miracles.So believe these other miracles can happen -- ofprotection, of the knowledge and presence of Godin His time. You must become acquainted with theall-consuming heavenly fire.All the blessings of life are just to give us timeand room and place to learn the Spirit ofGod, andthus you are prepared to come to the knowledge ofGod through Priesthood. In all your personalrevelations and your ability to be inspired,remember you still need greater revelation throughthe Keyholder to come into the presence of God,not just your own personal revelations, but the gift

of revelation through the Priesthood over you. Soall the revelations from heaven that you mayreceive, they all have the sign and truth that it willtum you to me in the submission of beingdirectable, as your Priesthood head. Wheneveryou feel you have impressions, and yet you defyme, following your own will, then you must becareful. Oppose the source of revelation you maybe receiving revelation from the wrong source.Often you may receive an impression that such andsuch will happen. You leave it in the Lord's timeand way, not dictating the Priesthood over you.

I am here to do the will of my father, to fulfillGod's promises to him and to all the Prophets. Myheart has been turning to the promises of the Lordto all the Prophets being fulfilled. I care not for theways ofman and governments of the world. I livefor the promises and purposes of God to befulfilled, but I want to be peaceable about it and gothe Lord 's pace. There is a great wall ofoppositionup against me. The Lord can make it move back astep each day.You ladies be close so you will have yourtestimonies protected and thus your lives and yourvirtue and your covenants protected. Yourcloseness is an exertion of oneness, a heavenlypower of all the attributes of God, physical andspiritual, all through the Spirit ofGod. Any feelingto withdraw is a feeling not of the Spirit of God.Even to be down on yourself is a revelation ofsatan you must dismiss quickly. You rejoice inHeavenly Father, that is the love of the Father

always exercised. It leads you to the perfection ofdevotion, all through keeping sweet.But ladies, if you are sensitive, you don 't justbelieve these things, you can feel. You can feel thereal heavenly power flowing to you throughPriesthood. And though I may be far away fromyou physically, through your living faith and

devotion to God through me, your Priesthoodhead, just like you can feel the flow into you now,you will be able to feel that with a prayer, physicaland spiritual, and you will be close and inspiredand better prepared to come into presencehysically and feel a greater degree of thateavenly power, and thereby do you come to anowledge of God through Priesthood. Live soou always feel this flow and a greater degreewhen you are in my presence as a witness that thesource is through Priesthood, not just ofyour ownrayer and faith, but there is a very real livingonnection.

I voice to all of you, all you have to do is loseof God and fall short.is the love of Heavenlyather exerted with a prayer of rejoicing for Himnd Priesthood. Don't separate me in yourhts and feelings from God and father. Stayto be protected. Lose focus and you willtray. That focus is the prayer of rejoicingn Heavenly Father and Priesthood, which is Him,All truth and knowledge is felt. Theis the Spirit of truth. You have all

awns upon you through you focusing on God andod. I invoke the Spirit of God upon youofGod, His power.

One lady wrote me a letter, "Why did fatherhardly ever do?" My answer is, "Thatis given. The "lifting up" will never beifyou don't learn the Spirit ofGod."is having me concentrate on trainingne in the greater degree of he Spirit ofGod,

f the all-consuming heavenly fire. The love ofis that all-consuming heavenly fire that liftsbe

as the focus ofour preparation, though it

is real and it happens everyday. You are beinglifted up and protected on this earth through thegifts of the Spirit right now, and that very realphysical deliverance of lifting up will only knownby those filled with the Holy Ghost, acquaintedwith the power of lifting up by being lifted up bythe gifts of the Spirit in your own nature, bindingsatan. So the Lord is just having me concentrate onfinal preparation through the perfection of he loveof God, felt by the all-consuming heavenly fireshining brighter in you.

Seek that ordinance of having the love of theFather sealed in your mind and heart as a dailyincrease. If you have received it, you should beexerting that gift as a bond with God throughPriesthood to perfect His love in you. I see thatlight shining in everyone in this family here now,to a degree. You have been humbled by somebeing sent away. We rejoice in each other more forbeing here. Our love for God and one another isincreasing through this pruning and humbling. Iwant you here and I want you to succeed. But youmust learn that greater degree of the Spirit of God.Feel it and dwell in the increase. It is within yourreach through Priesthood.

Stay focused, in a prayer of rejoicing inHeavenly Father through what? For Him, forPriesthood, for the gift of the Holy Ghost, for thepromises to come into His presence. for themiracle of change through repentance andbecoming like Him. Now tum to the atonement, a private revelation.It is September 17. Let me see it. Read clearlyverses 1 through 8. Be prayerful ladies. You aregoing to hear something here that you may yetwitness, or if you don't you will be a prayerfulsupport and stand in your place. Go ahead.

Revelation Given to President Warren s. JeffsAt His Home in Hildale, UtahWednesday, September 17, 20031. Thus saith the Lord your God, evenJesus Christ, even words of comfort andcounsel unto you, my servant Warren.

2. Verily I say unto you that you werecalled and foreordained before this earthwas made to come in these last days and bean instrument in mine hands, to accomplishthe work of he redemption ofZion.

3. And as you cannot see all things now, Ihold you in the hollow of my hand. Andthough you suffer for my name's sake, for mypeople and the redemption of Zion, even inyour capacity like unto me, thy Savior - andas the redemption of Zion is a gift of theFather to His people on the earth, and theblessings and power of God are earnedthrough sacrifice - know thou my son, theseexperiences are ofme, and shall be broughtabout through the suffering of thine ownspirit and body, even the suffering of bloodatonement like unto me, thy Savior, in thycapacity.

4. For verily, thus saith the Lord, theexperiences that you my servant, Warren, aregoing through are like unto my servant, theProphet Enoch in his time, in histransfiguration before me; and according toyour faith so shall it be.

5. In mine own due time shall theredemption ofZion be accomplished and mypeople preserved, and this I reveal unto youto prepare you for my will to be accomplishedthrough you, my servant.

6. And though you must stand alonethrough these experiences, yet I shall deliveryou and preserve thy life, and you shall belifted up into the cloud, and ascend with me inmy glory, and participate in the mighty worksofmy Kingdom and glory on the earth.

7. Know this, my servant, that I thy Lordand all the holy angels rejoice in yoursacrifice thusfar. Hold on thy way, and knowthat I shall be with you.

8. And though the wicked revile you andpersecute you, and the very powers of earthand hell combine against you, know this, myson, in me and through my power shall yougain the victory and gather the pure in heart;and through your faithfulness and my powerattending you, I, the Lord, shall give you thevictory to accomplish the work I have givenyou.Okay. So the Lord is preparing me for a greatersacrifice and suffering with rejoicing. If ever youare present, I need you to smile and pray and notinterfere and be a strength. Even if you are not inmy presence, be a strength.Without this among the people, this peoplewould be destroyed with the wicked. Some few ofthe ladies know of this, to be a strength andperhaps a witness in the Lord's time. You just askto be what you should be. Don't demand to be part

of it unless it is the Lord's will. But it is a livingsacrifice. The Lord will preserve me through it.All this is just a training for me. And yet, everyrevelation and every blessing we seek afterrequires an atonement through sacrifice. That iswhy you often don't see me. You have seen adegree of his. You haven't seen all of t. Only theLord knows what I am going through, the Lord andfather, because they have been through it. So asthe Lord has me in hand, as I go through greaterexperiences, you be at peace. I am going to behere, all according to the grace ofGod. He does it.So you see, the Savior on the cross, it was aCelestial justice He suffered. It wasn't just thewicked people afflicting Him and the wickeddevils afflicting Him. It was a Celestial justiceadministered to Him where He suffered more thanman could suffer. For the heavenly powers to besatisfied, a heavenly justice was administered.And that is how the redemption ofZion will be. Ineed my ladies to be a strength, be one, whoever

the Lord may have me have present. So He hasallowed me to have you five ladies present tonight.Rejoice to be here if you should. Rejoice to not behere ifyou shouldn't. Let the Lord do His work. Ifyou are one with me and sensitive, you will feel,even a thousand miles away, when I need yourprayers and strength of faith as I go through theseexperiences. So just let it be written in your mindand heart. Let the Lord do His work with mewithout you demanding to know all the reasonswhy. Alright ladies?

Response: Yes, sir.Want these witnesses and gifts to be a blessing,not just for your own selfish will fulfilled, onenessthrough service. The flow of oneness exertedthrough blessing those over you strengthens you,bonds you together with me closer, and thus theLord. It is a constant way of life, follow the

exertion and power of oneness, making you morequiet and prayerful and gentle, increasingly sweet.The Lord allows me to suffer so you don 't have

to suffer that divine justice. To bring you into Hispresence, He will allow me to make an atonementfor you so you don' t have to suffer for it, and I loveyou with His love.We sure need the Lord to protect us and deliverus, protect this land of refuge; but we have to beone.Nomie, put on that song, that disk offour songs.Let them have something else besides me to think

about.Get off the bed now. Stand back. Smile andpray and be a support, gently and peacefully andstill.[Again went th severe suffering.]
