  • Parents as Leaders (PALs) project is a two -generation strategy to bolster parental involvement while promoting lifelong health, safety and learning of children. The program integrates child development, strong cultural teaching and advocacy skills -building to have a positive impact on their child(ren)’s academic achievement, behavior in school and attitudes about learning. Families, schools and community organizations all contribute to a child’s achievement; the best results come from all three working together.
