ANCHORAGE CONSTRUCTION1 C STREET: 40TH AVENUE to MINNESOTA DRIVE PAVEMENT PRESERVATION

Construction Manager: Steve Jochens (907) 269-0659 Contractor: QAP Project will mill, fill and re-stripe the existing footprint of the roadway including upgrades to curb ramps for ADA, drainage, signage and guardrail as needed.

2 MINNESOTA DRIVE: TUDOR ROAD to SEWARD HIGHWAY PAVEMENT PRESERVATION Construction Manager: Steve Jochens (907) 269-0659 Contractor: TBD This project will resurface Minnesota Drive from Tudor Road to the Seward Highway including as necessary improvements to guardrail, signage, drainage, signalization, signs, striping and ADA access.

3 ‘C’ STREET: PORT ACCESS ROAD to 40TH AVENUE PAVING Construction Manager: Steve Jochens (907) 269-0659 Contractor: QAP Repaving the existing roadway, upgrading curb ramps, signage and guardrail, improving safety and drainage, and bridge decks as needed.

4 TUDOR ROAD: MINNESOTA DRIVE to E. 36TH AVENUE PAVEMENT PRESERVATION Construction Manager: Ron Searcy (907) 269-0656 Contractor: QAP Project will mill and fill the existing roadway footprint, upgrade curb ramps for ADA, and improve signage, guardrails, and striping as needed.

5 DOWLING ROAD: OLD SEWARD HIGHWAY to LAKE OTIS PARKWAY PAVEMENT PRESERVATION Construction Manager: Steve Jochens (907) 269-0659 Contractor: GMG General, Inc. Project will resurface Dowling Road from Old Seward Highway to Lake Otis Parkway including as necessary improvements to pedestrian curb ramps, dig-outs, drainage repair, sign replacement and striping.

6 SEWARD HIGHWAY: DIMOND BOULEVARD TO DOWLING ROAD RECONSTRUCTION Construction Manager: Steve Jochens (907) 269-0659 Contractor: QAP Reconstructing the Seward Highway from four to six lanes from Dimond Boulevard to Dowling Road. Improving frontage roads and Sandlewood Place, including adding multiuse trails. Constructing two bridges to separate the New Seward Highway over 76th Avenue.

7 AMATS: BRAYTON DRIVE: DE ARMOUN ROAD to O’MALLEY ROAD PAVEMENT PRESERVATION Construction Manager: Steve Jochens (907) 269-0659 Contractor: TBD Project will resurface Brayton Drive from De Armoun Road to O’Malley Road including as necessary replacement of curb ramps, curb, gutter, signage, and striping.

8 AMATS: O’MALLEY ROAD RECONSTRUCTION: PHASE 1 SEWARD HIGHWAY to LIVINGSTON STREET Construction Manager: Steve Jochens (907) 269-0659 Contractor: QAP Reconstructing O’Malley Road from the Seward Highway to Livingston Street. Work includes grading, drainage, paving, pathways, signage, striping, illumination and signalization.

9 ABBOTT ROAD: PHASE II, JUPITER to BIRCH Construction Manager: Steve Jochens (907) 269-0659 Contractor: TBD Project will rehabilitate Abbott Road between Jupiter and Birch Road, including widening for 2-lanes with two-way-left-turn-lanes and including improvements to drainage, intersection, ADA, curb ramps, pathways and utilities.

10 HSIP: Anchorage Area Safety Improvements Construction Manager: Brian Schumacher (907) 269-0432 Contractor: Neeser Construction Project will provide signal pole / signal relocation and improvements at 36th Avenue/Latouche Street and Lake Otis Parkway/68th Avenue.

11 GLENN HIGHWAY AND MULDOON ROAD INTERCHANGE Construction Manager: Ron Searcy (907) 269-0656 Contractor: Neeser Construction Reconstructing the Glenn Highway/Muldoon Road Interchange and replacing existing roadway with a Diverging Diamond Interchange, including bike and pedestrian amenities.

13 PARKS HIGHWAY: MP 90 to MP 99 REHABILITATION Construction Manager: Matt Morrow (907) 269-0466 Contractor: QAP Project will rehabilitate the existing surface including adding wider shoulders, striping, and rumble strips, with dig-outs, drainage, clearing, signing, and guardrail as needed.

14 PALMER-WASILLA HIGHWAY: EASTERN TERMINIS Construction Manager: Matt Morrow (907) 269-0466 Contractor: Pruhs Construction Project will improve east-west mobility at the Palmer end of the Palmer-Wasilla Highway, while maintaining access to the Palmer City core and maintaining the function of the Glenn Highway.

15 GLENN HIGHWAY: S. INNER SPRINGER LOOP to W. ARCTIC AVENUE (OLD GLENN HWY) Construction Manager: Ericka Moore (907) 269-4550 Contractor: TBD Project will reconstruct, widen, and add frontage roads to the Glenn Highway including improvements to utilities, drainage, intersections, and ADA access.

16 MAT-SU AREA ROADS PAVEMENT PRESERVATION (GROUP C) Construction Manager: Matt Morrow (907) 269-0466 Contractor: TBD Project will resurface Edlund Road and Knik River Road including improvements as needed to guardrail, bridges, drainage, signing and striping.

17 GLENN HIGHWAY: EKLUTNA to PARKS HIGHWAY PAVEMENT PRESERVATION Construction Manager: Ron Searcy (907) 269-0656 Contractor: Pruhs Construction Project will resurface the Glenn Highway from Eklutna to the Parks Highway interchange including improvements as necessary to bridges, lighting, guardrails, drainage, signage and striping.

18 FAIRVIEW LOOP: REALIGN at KNIK GOOSE BAY ROAD Construction Manager: Ericka Moore (907) 269-4550 Contractor: Scarsella Brothers This project will realign 0.45 miles of Fairview Loop to connect to the existing Knik Goose Bay Road and Clapp Street intersection, reconstruct portions of the Old Knik Road, include a paved separate pathway, and remove existing signal at Knik Goose Bay Road and Old Knik Road. Project also includes improvements to utilities, drainage, and lighting

19 PARKS HIGHWAY: CHURCH ROAD to PITTMAN ROAD RECONSTRUCTION Construction Manager: Matt Morrow (907) 269-0466 Contractor: Knik Construction Company Upgrading the Parks Highway to a four-lane divided highway with intersections spaced every half mile, improving existing frontage roads and reconstructing the pedestrian pathway. Project includes lighting and a bridge replacement over the Alaska Railroad.

KENAI PENINSULA CONSTRUCTION20 HOMER: PIONEER AVENUE REHAB

21 KALIFORNSKY BEACH ROAD: MP 16 to MP 22.2 Construction Manager: Alan Drake (907) 269-0665 Contractor: Pending Resurfacing Kalifornsky Beach Road from the Kenai Spur Highway intersection to Bridge Access, and installing new signals at Gaswell, Poppy Lane and Ciechanski intersections.

22 KENAI SPUR HIGHWAY: MP 12 to MP 18 Construction Manager: TBD Contractor: TBD Project will resurface Kenai Spur Highway from approximately McKinley Street to Commerce Avenue including as necessary improvements to lighting, vegetation clearing, dig-outs, rumble strips, ATRs, drainage, signs, and striping.

23 KENAI SPUR HIGHWAY: REHABILITATION PHASE I Construction Manager: Alan Drake (907) 269-0665 Contractor: TBD Project will rehabilitate approximately six miles of the Kenai Spur Highway between the cities of Soldotna and Kenai.

24 BEAVER LOOP ROAD: IMPROVEMENT and PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY Construction Manager: Alan Drake (907) 269-0665 Contractor: TBD Project will resurface existing Beaver Loop Roadway, add shoulders and separated pedestrian pathway.

25 HSIP: STERLING HIGHWAY SHOULDER WIDENING, MP 97 TO MP 118 Construction Manager: Alan Drake (907) 269-0665 Contractor: TBD Project will widen the existing shoulders of the Sterling Highway from MP 97 to MP 118, add rumble strips and a safety edge to shoulders, improve lighting, approaches, driveways, guardrail, guardrail end treatments, drainage, signage, and striping.

26 SOLDOTNA: FUNNY RIVER ROAD IMPROVEMENTS Construction Manager: Alan Drake (907) 269-0665 Contractor: QAP Project will rehabilitate pavement of approximately 4,000 feet, provide consistent shoulders on both sides of the road and provide drainage improvements.

27 HSIP: STERLING HIGHWAY, MP 89.8 LEFT TURN LANES Construction Manager: Alan Drake (907) 269-0665 Contractor: Wolverine Project will construct left-turn lanes and intersection lighting at Jim Dahler Road/Forest Lane intersection on the Sterling Highway, clear vegetation and improve drainage, signage, and striping.

28 STERLING HIGHWAY: MP 58 to MP 79 REHABILITATION Construction Manager: Alan Drake (907) 269-0665 Contractor: Pending Project will rehabilitate the Sterling Highway from MP 58-79. Improvements to include resurfacing, widening shoulders, adding passing lanes and wildlife enhancement structures. Project will also replace the culvert at the East Fork Moose River with a bridge and install a pedestrian undercrossing for the Skyline Trail.

29 QUARTZ CREEK BRIDGE REPLACEMENT Construction Manager: Alan Drake (907) 269-0665 Contractor: TBD Project will replace the bridge across Quartz Creek on Quartz Creek Road.

30 SEWARD HIGHWAY: MP 75 to MP 90 INGRAM CREEK, GIRDWOOD RD and BRIDGE REHABILITATION Construction Manager: Alan Drake (907) 269-0665 Contractor: TBD Rehabilitate pavement and rehabilitate or replace the following bridges: Placer Creek #0627 & 0629, Portage Creek #0630 & 0631, 20 Mile River #0634, Peterson Creek #0636, Virgin Creek #0638, and Glacier Creek #0639. Project may include road realignment, grade separations at Portage Valley Road and the Alyeska Highway, passing lanes and pedestrian accommodations.

31 PORTAGE GLACIER: ROAD MP 4.7 to WHITTIER TUNNEL Construction Manager: Alan Drake (907) 269-0665 Contractor: Granite Project will resurface the Portage Glacier Road from MP 4.7. to 5.175, the Whittier Access Road from Milepost 0 to the Whittier Tunnel, the Portage Visitor Center Road and the Portage Glacier Road/Portage Visitor Center Wye, including minor structural and drainage improvements, updating guardrail and rock fall fence to meet current standards as needed.
