Operational Objectives

• Minimize injury and loss of life • Provide for immediate and impending health and safety needs • Facilitate clear communication with partners, elected officials, and the public • Anticipate the needs of New Hampshire as the event progresses and plan accordingly • Create a long-term (30-60 day) common operating picture and clear expectations for SEOC

• Effective Monday, July 6th the State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) be operational from 0800-1600 Monday-Friday.

SEOC Logistics • Manchester support requirements extended and were moved to required

DPHS IMT Operations

• Focus continues to be working with Maxim to onboard new staff • Contract negotiations are continuing with Convenient MD; contract due to end

7/31 • Cross branch work and training is occurring to be develop seamless operations

Public Information Officer/JIC - No Report Safety

• 5 of 7 screener positions have been filled Logistics

• The relocations of Epi, Cluster Investigation, Contact Tracing and Monitoring Units was completed on Monday

• We had DoIT support on site for half a day; he will be back on Monday before the new staff arrive

• The majority of my time has been following up on technology issues; a lot of traffic on the CCO site slowly handing off to Chiahui

• We have a good inventory of just about all equipment; ordered additional desktop computers

Equity • Governor's task force initial report due next week • Making progress on conceptualizing the Equity dashboard

Planning (Internal) • Working on onboarding the Maxim staff • 12 people are confirmed for Monday; there a lot of interviews scheduled for

today so the number might be doubled • Will probably have to hold 2 orientations next week • Working on onboarding Jordan as the new Planning Chief • Self-guided HIPAA training to roll out to the newly onboarded Maxim staff

Medical Updates - Ben Chan • The Northeast is in a pretty good place with decreasing incidents of COVID-19 • There are multiple hot spots all over the world with increasing and accelerating

cases so the pandemic is still very active • More than half the states are seeing increasing numbers (southern and western)

and going back into an acceleration phase of the pandemic • The Department of Education is actively working with stakeholders and schools

to release guidance; K-12 school guidance will be released by the end of the week; public health will provide input to guidance

IMT Next Meeting • There will be no meeting on Friday, 7/3, due to the Independence Day holiday. • There will be no meeting on Monday, 7/6, due to Orientation. • Next meeting will be Wednesday, Friday, July 8, 2020, via Zoom invitation at 9

a.m.
