Standing By Together We encourage a strong show of camaraderie in tougher times, which resonates our strong team and ‘family’ culture. One of the recent examples was when we lost one of our young colleagues who was the only earning member of his family. A company wide, generous donations were matched by the company to create a corpus of 5 lacs that was handed over to his mother.

Welcoming Trip on- Our award winning social gamified orientation program is called “Trip On”. All the joiners for the day gather together in a bright colorful rooms of bean bags called -Vegas. These games on iPads enable the joiners to learn about the organization in an interactive and non-classroom training manner. Every new joiner is given a iPad to run their simulation games and begin their journey in the organization. After a thorough description of all policies and document collection process, the Scavenger Hunt starts. Through this hunt the new joiners are given clues leading to certain important people and places (ex- Rooms, ATM, Washrooms etc.) in the organization. They have to figure out who these people are and get a picture clicked with them. This helps break the ice on their first day.

Rewarding ‘Team’ Achievements i. A-Team Award: Teamwork and camaraderie between employees is an asset that propels every organization forward. Working cohesively as one unit is important for any work to be done successfully specially when there are dependencies within various teams. This award appreciates and recognizes the passion and selflessness shown by teams in achieving common organizational objectives by working collaboratively not just within their units but cross functionally as well.
